Chapter 3: The Boy's House

Ashter is seen putting a bowl of food in a little opened cage for Doge, his Chihuahua. As she yawned, sleeping in the warmth of her actual bed as it was around noon. Ashter then heard a knock on the door as Doge quickly heard it and charged out of the room, Ashter following the barking dog as it barked at the door. Ashter soon opens it as Aphmau is there, very excited in fact.

"Oh, hey Aph-" Ashster says

"Oh my gosh! I didn't know you had such an adorable dog!!!" Aphmau said as Doge recognized her as she pets the little dog as Ashter blushed a bit from this event.

"Y-Yeah... Her name is Doge." Ashter said as Doge immediately grew a liking to Aphmau as she pets the little fluff ball.

"I have a dog as well! She's currently with my mom, but she is scheduled to come soon!" Aphmau says as Ashter invites his new friend in the house as the two sit on the couch. But after a bit of talking, the conversation led up to this.

"Wait... A party? Well, whose house are we going to, then?" Ashter said as Aphmau giggled a bit.

"To Garroth, Dante, and Laurance's house! They allowed me to invite a friend, so I wanted to bring you... Especially since Katelyn doesn't want to go and Kawaii~Chan is... Flustered about the boy from yesterday." Aphmau said as Ashter immediately remembers that pink man from before.

"Ah... Him...?" Ashter said as Aphmau sighed as Doge walks up the stairs and into Ashter's room.

"Yeah... Kawaii~Chan wouldn't stop talking about him, but Garroth invited me to visit their place, so I wanted to bring a new friend along hehe!" Aphmau said as Ashter's silver eyes met with the amber-colored eyes of Aphmau's... This was a feeling Ashter didn't feel in a whole, but soon, he breaks the moment.

"So... I'm your new friend?" Ashter says with a emotional tone as Aphmau nods enthusiastically,

"Yep! And you're coming with me to visit the boys! They'll be great friends, trust me." Aphmau said as Ashter wasn't fond of meeting them again, but then Ashter asks about the guy who visited his house just to change the topic.

"Also... Did you happen to see that Zane guy by any chance?" Ashter said as Aphmau knew what he was talking about.

"Oh! Zane... Yeah, me and him go way back alright... Mainly because he's been that one edgy type..." Aphmau said as she sighed, explaining his true "intentions",

"He always wanted to rule the world or something," Aphmau said as Ashter chuckled a bit, thinking back on the childhood dream of "Ruling the World",

"Well, want to head to Garroth's place then?" Ashter says with a very bad feeling in himself as Aphmau realizes about the reason why she came to Ashter's place,

"Ah! Yes, quickly! They must be waiting for us!" Aphmau said as the two were then walking onto the sidewalk, Aphmau also takes notice of Ashter's garden.

"I gotta say, Ashter, your lawn is very pretty!" Aphmau says as Ashter blushed a bit,

"Y-Yeah... I try to make my place look as nice as possible." Ashter said as he looks at Garroth's lawn.

"Man... Why did I get the special treatment while you and Garroth got the more plain lawns?" Ashter said as he looks at the fully grown tree on his lawn.

"Me and Kawaii~Chan wondered that too ehehe..." Aphmau says as she knocked on the door, seeing Laurance through the window around the door as he answered it after a few seconds after no response, as he was excited to see Aphmau until... Seeing Ashter...

"Oh! Uh, I see you brought your male friend..." Laurance said as Ashter looks at him with a offended look, saying

"Are you trying to imply something?" Ashter said as Laurance chuckled nervously, as his face explained EVERYTHING
