Chapter 31: Jealousy...? (Mother's New Friend (Pt 3))

The group soon were at a very nice looking restaurant... And Zane was in a new blazer, pants, everything as Zianna is seen peeking behind her, seeing the flustered... Aphmau. Zane was oddly okay with the whole thing.

"Hey... Garroth, Aaron, you noticed that Zane is... Oddly calm about this?" Ashter said as the two growled at Ashter saying it, the air became tense around the three guys as Ashter slowly looks Infront of him, as Zianna stops as she yells,

"And we are here!" Zianna says as Ashter recognizes the restaurant.

"Oh! It's the restaurant me and Kate-" Ashter stopped by many looks, but a happy squeal from Zianna.

"Ooo~ Ashter has been here before!" Zianna said as Ashter was a bit embarrassed...

"Uh... Y-Yeah..." Ashter says as Zianna gets into his personal space, with stars in her eyes.

"With who!?! Did you take anyone with you!?!" She says as Ashter looks around, very nervous as Aaron, Aphmau, Garroth, and Zane with chuckling to themselves as Ashter studders,

"W-With a friend! Hehe... Yeah...!" Ashter said as Zianna frowns, pulling herself away.

"Aw, that's too bad. For a moment there I thought you were dating someone." Zianna said as she squeals.

"Because legends have it that anyone who comes here is bound to be together!" Zianna said as Garroth raised an eyebrow.

"Mommy, isn't that just a myth?" Garroth said as Zianna takes that as a bluff.

"Oh my little Garr Garr, don't you worry! When Zu Zu and Aphmau soon get married, you'll be coming here too with your new wife!" Zianna said as Garroth jumps back.

"M-Mom! Stop that!" Garroth said as Zianna sighs.

"This was actually where your father took me out on our first date! This was when he kissed me, it was so romantic!" Zianna said as Garroth and Zane was embarrassed.

"M-Mom!" The two said as Ashter was very surprised.

"S-So... Every couple?" Ashter said as Zianna gasps.

"Why yes! Here is a picture of my husband and me years ago!" Zianna said as she grabs her wallet, which is packed with photos as Zane and Garroth groans. Zianna soon showing Ashter a picture.

"There we both are! Me and my husband, he was so handsome! Garroth and Zane took after him so much!" Zianna said as Garroth then says,

"M-Mommy! Don't you need to reserve tables?" He says as Zianna jumps.

"Oh yes! Right, excuse me Ashter I'll talk to you later!" Zianna says as she rushes off, Garroth standing in front of Ashter as he places both of his hands on his shoulders.

"Ashter. We've been friends for a while now-"

"No, we haven't."

"Either way, you're bringing up some very personal things about my mommy. Please keep your questions to yourself." Garroth said as Ashter had for shaped eyes as he blinked a few times.

"Uh... Okay?" Ashter says as Aaron is heard by Ashter growling.

"Remember. This is all about Zane and Aphmau." Garroth said as Ashter frowns a bit.

"Well sorry for that, jeez," Ashter said as he pushes Garroth away, gently as Ashter thinks about the restaurant...

"Wow, Ashter. Isn't this place like, mad expensive." Katelyn is heard as Ashter chuckled.

"Y-Yeah... But I thought we can hang out together with a meal." Ashter says as Katelyn chuckles.

"Heh... Well, you know how to buy my interest hehe." Katelyn said as Ashter smiled.
