WIN POV

No, no, no not again.
I shut the door behind me before hurrying to the pavement.
"Win you little-"
"Cara can you send a car to my location please." I bit my lip feeling anxious, I looked behind my shoulder.
"Win what the fuck is going on? Why don't you have your car with you, and aren't you with Bright?"
I panced, feeling the the rough surface of the concrete floor brush against my Balenciaga's as I walked.
"I- I just. Cara I can't do this right now okay. I-I dont have the time, please, please just send me a car." The line went silent and I thought for a moment that she had hung up on me.
"Ugh, fine okay. Do you need me to be there, are you okay?"
"I'm fine Cara okay, I'll-I'll see you soon." I heard a sigh before the line ceased, signalling the end of the call.
I walked down the street, not wanting to risk being seen.
Last night, we kissed again. It was-it was a mis-that's what he'd call it again. Just like last time, he'd blame it on the bond and I wouldn't be able to handle it. Not today, not tomorrow.
"A bond." I whispered more to myself, reminding myself that it was all he thought of it. A biological response to being soulmates, that and nothing more.

When it first happened, I tried, I was scared but I still tried to form something between us. All he did was call me dramatic and shut me out. I wasn't one to catch feelings, never was interested in anyone, sure girls were pretty and guys were hot but that was all to it.
Albeit, Bright Vachirawit came into my life and messed with my feelings. Decided to crack my heart with a stupid sledge hammer and mold it once more with pieces of him, so all I could think of..was him.

I hate this feeling.

Location: Astrovelence, Bangkok, Thailand
Time: 9:30am Thursday

"So you both have a shoot with Vogue Thailand that will end at around 2. An interview with Devine Achara on Monday. I reviewed your schedule and think we should go for your health checkup tomorrow. That is if you don't have anything planned." Cara nodded her head at her notes before meeting my eyes.
As far as I'm concerned, I didn't have anything planned and it would be good to make sure I'm not deficient in anything since I haven't really been eating much lately.
"Yeah that sounds fine." I nodded my head.
She sighed. "Listen Win-"
I shook my head stepping back "No Cara, I don't want to talk about it, can you just contact Bright and ask him where he's at-"
"Why, can't ask me yourself?" I gritted my teeth, not particularly over the moon with the amusement laced in his tone.
Albeit, I felt my nerves flutter at the sound of his voice.
Does he remember? What do I do? What if he confronts me again and tells me to forget? Thoughts overwhelmed my mind as I hesitantly turned, meeting his chocolate orbs.

"Don't flatter yourself, there's other things I'd like to do with my time." A look of hurt then confusion crossed his features. Cara stepped in before he had a chance to speak.
"Guys, Miss Sahinis is waiting for you inside. It's time for the shoot." She ushered us towards the room before looking behind her shoulder.
"Hey Bright, where's Dean at?" She asked, still searching the area as if he'd randomly appear upon her request.
" He got a day off." Bright shrugged, eyes not leaving my figure.
"A day off?" Cara bellowed, exasperated. "What manager would abandon their model?"
"Mine apparently." Eyes still on me.
"How unfortunate." Cara said, voice devoid of emotion.

After finishing their shoot and reviewing the photos Win made his way to one of the changing rooms.
His fingers slightly grazed over the embroidery as he removed his tie. Cocking his neck to both sides to ease tension before running a hand through his hair that seemed to have stuck to the sides of his cheeks where his hair was damp from sweat.
"Win!" Win sighed, eyes not leaving the mirror as he began his venture of removing his suit jacket.
"Are you going to ignore me, is that what we're doing  now?"
"I don't know what you're talking about, we aren't doing anything." Win let out, voice unusually composed.
"Well maybe we should start then! About last night-" Win turned at that, lifting a hand to hault the words that ached to leave the boys mouth.
"I don't care, I don't want to hear it."
Something akin to vexation crossed the latters features as he frowned.
"What the fuck do you mean you don't care?" Bright asked, exasperated.
He stalked closer to Win, arms resting at his sides.
"It's obviously something we need to talk about-"
"What do you want me to do tell me?" Win asked, repeating the words the latter had so kindly thrown at him on the day they realised they'd be tied to one another for eternity.
" Just because you have my mark on your wrist I'm supposed to take responsibility?" Bright's jaw clenched as he glowered at Win.
"What's wrong?" Win asked, sounding genuine. He paused before raising a brow as if coming to a realisation. "Ah, did I say something wrong?"
"Win, stop it." Bright's shoulders stiffened as his breathing grew irregular.
"My apologies Mr Vachirawit, did I offend you?"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Win's mouth fell open as the boy's eyes began flickering between brown and red. Too caught up in his feelings he hadn't realised he had gotten carried away.
"Dean did you see Bright- Bright, Win you're both here! I was looking for you!" Reece stepped inside the room, his usual grin plastered on his face to suit his amicable personality.
His smile dropped, sensing the tension in the room.
"Maybe I stepped in at a time I shouldn't of. Sorry guys, I just wanted to talk to Bright about something. I'll come back later." He turned.
"No, no, it's fine." Win interjected.
"There's nothing left to talk about." Win walked, avoiding scarlet eyes as he brushed passed Reece, offering the boy a light smile.
"Well fuck Bright, what did you do?"

Win took deep breaths as he made his way to the exit, he revisited the conversation that took place scolding himself for his lack of resolve.
"Mr Metawin?" Win snapped his head to the voice.
Face to face with a women dressed in a blouse with a pencil skirt.
His eyes absentmindedly drifted to the girl beside her, long brown hair with hazel eyes stared at him with an accompanying profound expression.
"Yes?" He asked, somewhat curious.
"It's nice to meet you, I'm Aranya Tan, Bright's aunt." She reached out a hand which Win shook politely.
"As you may know Bright's mother is currently living  in America which left me to take responsibility over him."
Win nodded, not really aware as to why he was being informed of Bright's mother's location.
Aranya turned to the girl beside her, giving her a speculative gaze before meeting the boy's eyes once more.
"This is Devine Achara, Bright's prospective girlfriend." Win's brows rose at that, immediately feeling a distinct pang in his heart at the vision.
"Devine Achara as in-"
"As in notorious interviewer? Yes, that would be me."She flashed him a sensual smile before mirroring the Aranyas previous gesture.
Win tried not to grimace as he shook her hand, resenting the idea of Bright clasping her soft palm in his own.
"Prospective girlfriend?" He repeated the women's earlier words ignoring the way Devine rejoiced at his words.
"Oh yes. Well you see, me and Bright's mother have discussed and concluded that Devine would be the perfect match for him."
"Okay, where exactly do I come in here?" Win tried not to allow venom to seep into his words.
" Bright isn't exactly...keen for a relationship as of the moment. I was thinking if I relayed you're approval of Devine as a potential girlfriend, he may be more open to the idea."
" I don't understand. Why would my opinion matter?" Win furrowed his eyebrows, casting the women a perplexed look.
"Well of course, Bright would feel more inclined to agree with me if his trusty partner felt the same way."
"I-"
The women shook her head, interjecting. "All we need is your approval."
He casted his head towards Devine, wearing a grave expression.
She batted her lashes at him, flaunting her figure with a twist of her hips.
Win bit back a snort, before meeting the women's eyes.
"I think she would be perfect for him."His voice was lower than usual, rasping over the consonants.
They beamed at his response, Devine immediately gripping onto Aranya's arms before pulling her towards the opposite direction.
The last thing Win heard before he abdoned the building was a squeal akin to "I told you, me and Bright are meant for eachother!"
He ignored the animalistic roaring of his skull that shot painful electric waves down his wrist with frightening intensity.
"It doesn't matter. Nothing would've happened between us anyways." He muttered to himself, feeling his body shiver at the strong blow of the wind.
It wouldn't have worked.

"Ohh Briiightt." Bright recoiled, jerking his phone from his ear at the sound of his aunts voice.
"What?" He asked, not bothering to care if he sounded as bemused as he felt.
"Guess who I spoke to." Bright rolled his eyes, already over with the conversation.
"Aunt, If you aren't going to speak to me clearly, I'm hanging up."He heard Reece chuckle from beside him, he immediately shit him with a glare.
"I had a delightful conversation with your partner!"
"Partner?" Bright paused, confused as to who she was referring to. "Wait...you spoke to Win?" He clenched his fist, already hating the idea.
"Ding ding. Would you like to know who else spoke to Win?" He didn't reply, Aranya being Aranya took that as a cue to continue.
"Your girlfriend!"
"Why the fuck would you make him meet Devine, are you out of your mind women!?"He held his breath, scar arching the wooden table beneath him until he felt a dent.
"To get his opinion of course! Want to know what he thought?" She sang, Bright could almost see the irritating smile carved on her face.
Bright bit his lip, Win wouldn't have...would he?.
"He said she would be perfect for you!" With that he ended the call, punching the table until his skin tore and blood trickled down his knuckles.
"Dude what the fuck are you doing?!" Reece yelled, preventing him from inducing anymore damage to the table.
"Bright what happened? What did your aunt say!?" Bright said nothing, pushing Reece aside before reaching for his phone.
He felt his heart beating loud, hearing the distinct thump in his ears.

Ring Ring Ring

"Bright?"
