Win sighed loudly.
Immediately regretting his decision.Maybe he could've postponed it for a bit longer.
Yeah right
He followed a waiter who guided him towards a private room.
"He's waiting for you in here sir. I hope you enjoy your time here today." Win nodded, dismissing the guy before opening the door and closing it behind him.
There Bright sat in all his glory, twirling a Wine glass between his slender fingers.
Drinking? It's only 11.
Bright looked up, staring at Win with a monotone expression before nodding to the seat beside him.
Win walked towards it before sitting down.
"Alcohol in the morning? Didn't know you were such an alcoholic." He chuckled, inwardly cringing at his dry humour.
Bright returned his words with a blank stare.
"Keep your nose out of my business. Why are you here?" Bright asked, tapping his fingers on the Wine glass.
He wondered if Bright was trying to be humorous with the statement. Because if that was his intention, it wasn't funny at all.
It wasn't as if what they were experiencing was a laughable matter, it was serious.
This was something that would affect their lives forever.
They had to do something, set boundaries or figure out what they had to do so last night wouldn't repeat itself." Are you serious, why do you think I'm here?"
" I don't know ,you tell me?" Win rolled his eyes at the boy's attempt at acting oblivious.
Win was mostly confident and unfazed yet simply the presence of the boy in front of him was abe to peeve him to no end.
He got out of his seat before reaching his, Win immediately pulled Bright's sleeve open revealing a mark identical to his own.
Wow. What a surprise. He's got the fucking sun and moon as well.
Win brushed of his internal sarcasm at the sudden sensation that enveloped his wrist.
His mark began tingling upon contact, by the looks of it Bright was also feeling it too as he pushed Win's hand away.
"And?" He asked, trying to sound unnerved. Win observed quietly as Bright looked down, rubbing over his mark as if trying to erase the sensations that lingered on his skin.
"What do you mean and? Bright we're fucking soulmates that's what." Win asked incredulously. He couldn't believe Bright was responding to the matter so indifferently.
Win couldn't understand how Bright could pretend as if last night didn't happen. They confessed their undying love for each other for fuck's sake, that wasn't normal.
Especially in his case, god he remembered vowing to his mother only nights before that he would never be in a relationship, and something akin to 'love isn't real'.So obviously the way his mind had done a complete three-sixty in only one night, was concerning.
Bright got up, taking taunting steps towards him as their chest touched.
The tingling sensations overwhelmed their senses once more as they took steady breaths.
"What do you want me to do, tell me?" His eyes bored into Win's, Win couldn't concentrate, his heart beating fast at Bright's hoarse tone.
" Just because you have my mark on your wrist I'm supposed to take responsibility?" Win swallowed in disbelief before looking away.
He pushed Bright's figure away from him, before resting a palm on his chest to calm himself down.
