Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "When a Muslim, or believer washes his have in ablution, ever sin committed with his eyes will be washed away with the last drop of water.
When he washes his hands, every sin committed with his hands will be washed away with the last drop of water.
When he washes his feet every sin committed with his feet will be washed away with the last drop of water until he emerges purified from Sin."
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "The key to Paradise is Salat, and the key to Salat is Wudu."
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "There is no man that performs Wudu, does it well, and prays, expect they when he prays, he will be forgiven, whatever [sins he commits] between that and the next prayer."
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "He who performed ablution well, his sin would come out from his body, even coming out from under his nails."
Wudu is a gift from Allah when an individual performs wudu he/she washes away the sins that have been Committed. So brother's and sisters pray five times a day and do wudu to wipe out the sins.
