Let your children marry whoever they want as long as they are on the Deen and are showing signs of being a good person. You need to stop hindering the process of letting your child marry, remember your children are a gift from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala and you should do your absolute best to keep them safe and happy. Stop putting culture before Islam and remember that culture has no right over your daughter or son. Find happiness in your children's happiness and let them marry who they want to marry. Afterall, when you leave this Dun'yaa, they will be left alone in this world, so let them marry who they desire so that ay least when you're gone, they have someone who they truly want to be with. Stop hurting your children and stopping them from finding happiness, your children are from Allah, you have been given a gift and a duty of care for your children. Stop letting culture ruin your children's future and learn to do what is best for them not what is best for you.
