Mal knew all too well that she only had three days left to find the businessperson that Donovan wanted so badly. And she was determined to get that person for him, and get him off her back. And so as she closed her locker she glanced down both of the hallways looking to see if anybody she knew was watching her. She saw no one she knew, so she started walking down the hallway, until she stopped in front of the library.

She walked on in going over to one of the computers, and turned it on. She went over to the search engine and started searching for students who just happened to have their own business. It turned out that there were quite a few students who had their own businesses. So she scrolled through all of the students profiles, looking for the person who's business was the most successful, and making the most money.

There were a few businesses that were somewhat successful, but not successful enough to where she thought Donovan was looking for them. So she continued to scroll and scroll. But her eyes narrowed in confusion when she saw Evie's name. Why was Evie's name on there. She was about to click on her profile before Evie appeared on the other side of the computer, and she immediately deleted her history and quickly put on a smile.

"Hey!" Evie greeted her. "Whatcha doin?"

"Uh, I was just doing some research for a report." Mal quickly came up with something.

"For what?"

"History." Mal quickly replied.

"Can I help?" Evie asked.

"No, no I got it!" Mal told her.

"Ok. Um, anyway," Evie said. "I'm free for the rest of the day, so I was wondering if by any chance, you wanna come see a movie with me?"

"Yeah! That sounds like fun!" Mal agreed as she turned off the computer and followed Evie out of the library. Evie lead Mal out of the school and out to the parking lot and to her Nissan Rogue. "This is your car?"

"Yup! Mal, meet Clarabelle." Evie said patting the hood of her car.

"You named your car?"

"You bet I did."

"Clarabelle. Very clever."

"Well, what are you doing just standing there? Hop in!" Evie said as she got behind the wheel, with Mal then getting in the passenger side as she then drove them to the movie theatre. "So, what movie should we go see?"

Mal shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know." She said. "How about we go see the Notebook."

"Oh that is such a good movie." Evie said. "Let's go see it!"

And when they got there, Evie paid for all the snacks. Mal was originally going to do that, but Evie wouldn't let her do it. Then they went and found a couple seats. And about in the middle of the movie, Mal heard sniffling from beside her. So she looked to her left to see Evie now hugging her arm as she cried quietly. Mal silently laughed as Evie turned her head towards her.

"I'm sorry." She whispered. "I just get so emotional in these kinds of movies."

"Yeah, I pretty much figured." Mal whispered back as they both turned their attention back to the movie.

And once it was over and they were going back out to Clarabelle, Mal looked over at Evie who was wiping at her eyes which were red and puffy as she had pretty much been crying her eyes out in there. "Are you sure you're ok to drive?" Mal asked her.

Evie nodded as she once again got in the drivers seat. "Yeah, I'm fine. I just love that movie so much." She told her.

"Yeah, I do too." Mal agreed with her.

Mal had, had the best time with Evie at the movie. Evie was turning out to be a very good friend to her. And she could feel herself growing very close with her. And she enjoyed every moment that she got to spend with Evie.

A few hours later, Mal was trying to finish up the last of her Chemistry homework that was due the next day. And she was getting quite frustrated that she couldn't figure out the answer to the problem. She was erasing the paper furiously as she grumbled, getting Evie's attention immediately.

"What's wrong, Mal?" She asked.

"This doesn't make any sense!" She said throwing her homework on the bed as she crossed her arms and threw herself against her pillows in anger.

"Hey, calm down. I can help you." Evie told her. "I happen to be very good in chemistry. So let's see what we got here." Evie said going over to Mal's bed, sitting down next to her as she picked up her homework. "Oh this is easy! All you have to do is take 0.5 and multiply it with 100%g. See? Easy! Now you finish it."

Mal hesitantly took back her pencil and finished the problem. "Hey, I actually did it. You're good at Chemistry."

"Just call me a nerd." Evie joked.

"You're not a nerd. You're just smart." Mal told her.

"Aw, thanks Mal." Mal just gave her a smile, before someone knocked on the door and Henry opened it. Evie smiled at him as she got up to go and give him a kiss. "Hi honey! What are you doing?" Evie asked him as Mal looked at them confused.

"I just wanted to stop by and see you." He said before looking up and seeing Mal was also in the dorm. "Oh, you're here."

"Yeah, this is my dorm." Mal told him before turning to Evie. "What's going on? I thought you two were on a break."

"We were. But we got back together." Evie told her.

"Yeah. We did." Henry also said.

Mal just stuck her tongue out at him. "Mal, grow up. Why don't you two apologize to each other?" Evie said.

"Why should I?" Mal asked crossing her arms once again.

"Because, I don't want my best friend and my boyfriend fighting each other every time they're around each other. I want us all to be comfortable when we're all together." Evie replied making Mal freeze.

"What did you say?" Mal asked.

"I want us all to be comfortable when we're together?" Evie repeated.

"No, before that."

"I don't want my best friend and boyfriend fighting each other?"

"I'm your best friend?" Mal asked.

"Yeah, of course you are." Evie told her. "I've never had a friend like you. And I enjoy the time we spend together."

"You're my best friend too." Mal said.

Evie smiled at her. "Well, then if you're my best friend, I need you to make peace with my boyfriend." She told her. "And my boyfriend to make peace with my best friend."

Henry and Mal both sighed at the same time as they took a step towards each other and slowly shook hands. "I'm sorry, Henry. For what happened after the game. I shouldn't have interfered with yours and Evie's relationship. I should've stayed out of it."

"And I'm sorry too, Mal. I shouldn't have attacked you like I did. That wasn't right of me. So let's put the past behind us, and be friends?"

Mal nodded. "Yeah. And you're forgiven.

"And you are too." He replied.

"How sweet!" Evie said. "Now hug."

"That's pushing it, Evie. We agreed to make peace. Not hug." Mal said with Henry nodding.

"I know, I know! I was just joking." Evie said. She was just glad that the two of them were fine with each other now. That was all she had wanted.
