A few weeks had passed and Sunwoo was doing alright. If it wasn't for Kevin, the kid might have just hid in the bathroom all the time.
He and Chanhee were good too. They pretended like the event never happened. But it didn't feel that way too Sunwoo.
Sunwoo was still heartbroken, which led him into a depressive state. He was constantly wondering what was wrong with him. Sure he was younger, but he could be mature. Was he too immature? Is that why Chanhee didn't like him? But Chanhee didn't mind. He thought of him as a younger brother anyways.
After school Sunwoo had decided to take Chanhee out for a treat. He had done extra chores to have some free money. He could tell that Chanhee was stressed due to college applications so he wanted to help Chanhee feel more relaxed. Sure he was also extremely stressed due to his PSATs but it was fine. If Chanhee was happy, so was he.
He saw Chanhee walking down the corridor after school, so Sunwoo decided to surprise him. He ran up behind him and pulled him into a hug.
"What are you doing, Sunwoo?"
"Hugging you. Do you wanna go out for a coffee? My treat."
"I can't. I told Jacob and Kevin I'd hang out with them."
"Oh okay. I'll see you later then. I love you, hyung!"
"Okay, bye."
"Wowww, I see how it is. Why don't you say it back? Don't you love me?"
"Not really, now let me go before I'm late."
