Shit! I forgot that the sweater I had put in my bag was the sweater that I had wrapped the money Mattie gave me last night

I quickly wrapped the towel around my body and got out the bathroom

"Alyssa why are you touching my stuff" I said as I saw my stuff all over the place "we already talked about this, you need to stop being nosy—"

"Stop changing the subject" she interrupts me "why do you have this much money ?" She raised her eyebrows "and don't say your job because their close down!"

"Your not my dad so stop acting like it" I said yanking the hoodie and the money from her before putting it back in my bag

"I'm not acting like your dad I'm acting like your best friend!"

"Well you are over reacting one" I tilt my head "go stick your nose in someone's else business"

"You are my business, I may be over reacting but that's because best friends don't hide things from each other !" She furrowed her eyebrows

"Who said I was hiding something" I shrug my shoulders "these are my savings" I lie "I was going to take them to the bank tomorrow before I went home, see this is something you need to stop, being nosy and inferring shit! I knew coming here was a bad idea"

"I'm sorry Bella, I wasn't being nosy I was just seeing if you had a hair brush in there since I literally broke mine last night" she lets out a sigh "and when I saw that much money I got scared and started to worry that you were dealing or worse, involved in some bad stuff with bad people" she said

Believe me, me and Alyssa have never got into an argument in our whole life until now. I feel horrible not being able to tell Alyssa about Mattia

I sigh "It's fine, just ask before you touch my things please"

The music was blasting while I was in the back yard with a random group of people passing a blunt

My eyes we're as red and as low as they could get

You can say I was feeling immaculate

"You smoke?" I heard a voice say "suddenly your more attractive"

I turned around to be face with Mattia

"Of course your here" I say

"Ouch You say it like it's a bad thing" he says making us both chuckle

"Let go in side" I say more like a demand

Mattia follows after me into the kitchen

"Want a drink?" I ask as I open the fridge

"Yeah" he nods

I grab a beer and pass it to him

"Bella I just had the most horrible sex, I thought it was all about the motion of the ocean not the size of the boat—oh hey there" Alyssa interrupts herself as she noticed Mattia standing next to me

Mattia doesn't say anything he just nods his head

"Alyssa this is Mattia" I widen my eyes, maybe she'll get the hint " and Mattia this is my friend Alyssa"

"Nice to meet you" Alyssa said

"Like wise" Mattia gave her a small smile before sipping his beer

"Well I'll leave you too alone, I'm going to go find your cute friends" Alyssa said before walking away

"You talk about me" Mattia let's out a small laugh

"What?" I say

"Well in order for her too know I have 'friends' you had to tell her" he said

"No I promise I didn't tell her abou—"

"I know, relax" Mattia tucks a hair behind my ear "that's not what I meant, I'm honored to be special enough to be brought up in a conversation between you and your friend" he smirks

"Ew your so cocky" I pushed him

"You know you got turned on by that" he smiles and drinks his beer

I cup his face and bring it close to mine, I leaned in and as our lips were about to touch I paused "no, but good try" I back up and take his beer out his hand and sip it before walking away with it

"Wait wait, you can't just do that" Mattia says jogging you to me

"Why not" I say looking up to his eyes

Yes, there is a big height difference between us

"And you also can't look at me like that" he licks his lips and takes his beer back

"I'm not even doing nothing" I say with a small smile

I know exactly what I'm doing

"Okay but both can play that game" he leans in and kisses my forehead before walking away
