"SAW GERRERA"

PRISONS COME in many ways, shapes, and forms. Cassian Andor carried his prison with him everywhere he went within his own mind and Amara Vell wore her prison around her left leg. In some form everyone has their prison. But if Amara had been told before hand that on this mission she would be thrown into a literal prison, she wouldn't have believed it. But yet here she was falling to the sandy ground within the walls of Saw Gerrera's base.  A thud sounded beside Amara as Cassian was kicked to the ground beside her, a byproduct of him trying to run out.

Amara saw the defiant glimmer within Cassian's eye as he glared up at the man who had kicked him. He was planning on taking his chances again. He was going to try and run out for the second time. But it appeared the man knew what Cassian had planned because there was no warning before he aimed his blaster between Cassian's eyes. "Just stay down, Cassian." Amara pleaded, not wanting to watch her friend's brain get splattered on the wall.

"Fine." The word was almost incoherent as it rolled off his tongue in a quiet whisper. The man lowered his blaster and turned to walk out, muttering something in a language Amara didn't understand.

"This is quite the situation we've gotten ourselves into." Amara said as she watched the man walk away into the crowd of people outside. Cassian lifted himself up off the ground as the steel cell door began to drop down in front of them. "I think it's time to consider radioing Kaytoo."

Cassian let out a sigh as he rested his head on one of the steel bars. "He wouldn't last." He dismissed. "There's too many of them."

"Well, then how do you suggest we get out of here?" Amara asked as she stood up from the ground and approached Cassian. She placed her hands on his shoulder and rested her chin upon them. "Because I am out of ideas."

"At this point, the only way we're getting out of here is Jyn."

"Well then, I suppose it is the beginning of our first test." Amara proposed.

Cassian scoffed with a small nod of his head. "Let's hope she chooses us."

"Only time will tell." Amara couldn't help but notice the deep frown that was glued to Cassian's face. His head resting against his hand which was placed on one of the steel bars while his eyes stared holes through the ground. "What's wrong?" She asked as Chirrut began to recite the same verse over and over like a prayer. "You seem...off."

"Nothings wrong." Cassian said as he turned his head to look at Amara. "I'm fine." He said.

Amara raised her left brow slightly, not buying his words. "What are you thinking about?"
