Hazel walked past the open gates up to the huge glass doors where she was focusing on, for she could see her own reflection from a good distance. She moved each limb focusing on the reflection. Confident long steps to look classy enough for a good company, yet free swinging of arms smooth enough to not let people know that it's her first interview and she's terribly shaking inside her mind. Out of habit, she lifted up her right hand and slid it up from the tip of her nose to the top of the bridge of her nose, to set her glasses at the right position. But she ended up shocking herself because she'd forgotten that she wasn't wearing her glasses. She'd put on contact lenses. Clear, not colored. Thankfully nobody saw it. At least nobody around, she wasn't sure if anyone saw it on a screen through the cameras. Having reached right in front of the glass doors, they opened by themselves welcoming her. Yes, they had sensors for auto-operation. Hazel took a fast breath and entered the building.

She could see a small yet chic reception counter right at the center of the end of the room. The counter, matching with the floor tiles, walls and ceiling, was white. A simple cylindrical vase of flowers on top, with white flowers. Jane now was thankful to her luck for showing her this skirt before she could pick a white or cream coloured trouser. If she had, now she'd mix with her environment. But thankfully, now her shimmery beige skirt would make her stand out. There were two huge bed-like seats on either side of the center the room, which probably was for the outsiders to wait in comfort. The counter had huge windows behind it which surely served as a good spot to the employees to enjoy a break from work with short chitchats with the colleagues or to enjoy some alone time to refreshen one's mind.

Hazel cheered herself up in her mind and walked straight up to the counter. She was greeted warmly by a woman sitting there. Judging by her face which had a gorgeous glow yet a few little wrinkles by the edges of her eyes, she was in her 30s. The woman was sitting their moving the computer cursor with one hand and holding a coffee can with the other. She greeted Hazel as soon as she stood in front of the counter with a nice, welcoming smile.

How can I help me, miss?

I'm here for an interview. My name is Hazel Maxwell.

Oh, yes. The designer, right?

Yes.

It's almost 10. The woman looked at the big screen in front of her and clicked the cursor a few times, which took not more than four to five seconds.

You were allotted a time of 10a.m. right?

Yes.

There's another interview going on right now. So, please wait until it's over. It won't take more than 10 more minutes. Please have a seat there.

She said, pointing her finger towards the bed-like seats, and gave her another smile. Hazel returned a smile and turned around to the seats and sat at one corner of one of the gigantic seats. Swinging the bag down her shoulder, she placed it on her lap. She took her resume out of her bag along with the bottle of water. Longer the wait, more the nervousness. She took a few small sips. She kept the resume in her hand because somewhere, as far as she knows herself, she knew she could mess up when she gets in front of the interviewer. She fully doubted herself to get the resume out of her bag without dropping some of the other contents of the bag. She sat their recalling all the facts Anne had taught her, for around eight minutes.
