__________________________________________________________
Few days had passed since Draco snuck into the Slytherin girl's dormitory and surprised the former Beauxbatons student Aline with his presence and his apology. The behavior of the narcissistic pure-blooded white-haired boy shown that very evening felt extremely out of character. Especially the startled and pity inducing expression on his face as he passed by Aline on his way out of the green shimmering bedroom had left her in utter confusion and irritation.
The same night as the encounter, Aline had decided to send a written letter to her home in France, addressed to her mother. She had collected a piece of clear parchment from Kayla's desk and had wrapped it around the tiny leg of a fluffy brown owl. Hope flushed through her body as the owl flew away towards the horizon.
Distrust was the emotion both Aline and Kayla sensed in their heads and chests after Aline had shared, once again, the story of another encounter with the Slytherin boy. Neither of them believed a single word that had plunged out of Draco's mouth. They both agreed that personal profit of some sorts must have been the reason of his changed etiquette.
It was now Friday afternoon as the first school week for the three new transfer students was coming to an end. Rumors were spreading around the Slytherin Common Room of Draco vanishing out of a certain girl's dormitory a few nights before. Malfoy, even though in certain eyes an utter displeasure to be around, was popular in his house. Popularity came to no surprise as he came from a filthy rich family with a long history of pure-blood wizards and witches plus his father held an uttermost elevated position in the Ministry of Magic.
Adding to that Draco had cold grey eyes and sleek white-blond hair. No matter how much one despised him, they could not deny he possessed over haughty good looks. Due to his appearance and his family history Draco had a lot of admirers and lovers yet he had never been in interested in an actual serious, committed relationship. He thrived under the romantic and sexual admiration by others whole heartily and enjoyed the fact he could get whoever and whatever he wanted at any time. So, it came to no surprise that those certain rumors spread swiftly around the Serpent House.
Draco's arm was completely healed again, not a single scratch to be seen, when him and Blaise were taking their way up the North Tower of the school towards the Divination room. When they stepped upon the upper floor in front of the bizarre classroom, Blaise could not hold himself back any longer. He casted Draco a grin and then asked: "Is it true then? The rumors? About you coming out of the Beauxbatons' dorm?"
Draco scoffed heavily before curling his tongue in his mouth. He was pleased with how quickly these rumors were spreading.
"Blaise. Please. I have standards. Although I'm sure the blood-traitor would beg me to touch her if I only smiled at her..." he stopped and grinned from eye to eye, Blaise's eyes widening, "...I bet she's a filthy bitch."
