jungkook did not sleep at all, he decided instead of going home he would go back to work, everyone was now at work as it was 8 in the morning and jimin had arrived- walking into jungkook's office.
"kook?" jimin called out watching as jungkook lifts his head up to see jimin
"you came straight here after I dropped you off didnt you" he asks as jungkook nods
"how is he" jungkook asks
"he has not woken up yet but when he does you will be the first person I tell" jimin says as jungkook nods
jimin quickly walks out when he notices sir walk in
"I heard what happened to taehyung, that poor boy deserves only happiness not pain- how is he" sir asks sitting down
"he hasnt woken up he is at the hospital but will be at jimin's and yoongi's for a week then will be staying at mine" jungkook says
"you can take time off if you need" sir says but jungkook shakes his head
"thank you sir but I would rather keep myself busy" jungkook replies
"fair enough, if you hear he wakes up you can leave" sir says before standing up and walking out of the room.
jungkook looks at the time and decided he should go tell harry the news.
once he entered harry's room harry looked up to see jungkook
"whats wrong" he asks
"last night taehyung was hurt badly- he was beaten and his house was set on fire, but he is okay now and is resting" jungkook says seeing the shocked face of harry
"who is he staying with- do you trust them?" harry asks
"he is staying with two of my closest friends, how come you asked if I trust them?" jungkook asked
"because I have seen how officers and inmates stare at him and you're the only person who I would trust to be around him" harry says
"you adore taehyung dont you" jungkook asked
"not in that way but yes, I owe him everything- he is the nicest person ever and to think someone would do that to him makes me feel sick" harry says
"I know I feel the same way" jungkook says
"im sorry that your case has to be put back because of this" jungkook says
"no its okay just make sure taehyung is feeling better, I am safer in here anyways and im allowed to see my parents more so im grateful" harry says as jungkook nods smiling.
"I better get going but I will come visit you now and then until taehyung is back" jungkook says as harry nods thanking him
jungkook walks out and walks back to his office to fill out paper work when an officer came in.
"any updates on those men" jungkook said
"yes they were found and arrested this morning and have been put in the strictest jail" the officer says
"that would be just out of the country wouldn't it" jungkook asked recieving a nod
"fantastic, thank you for doing that you may have the week off" jungkook says as the officers face lights up and bows thanking him.
jungkook looks out the window and sighs his world feels dull.
