Rain

First day of school..

After the movie me and Tavi went to lunch and then a movie just liked planned. My feelings for C.J grew more and more, though I still didn't want to start dating so fast. We also went and enrolled Tavi in school. Today would be the first day of school

I glanced at the clock, 5:30. I was sure to wake up extra early so I could do me and Tavi's hair. Beside me Tavi was in a deep slumber sleep, she was probably tired. I had already picked my clothes out the night before so I had a cute outfit out. My plan was to take a quick 10 minute shower (and brush my teeth in the shower, 100) and start on my hair which would take about 25 minutes, and then have Tavi wake up and get ready. Her hair would take much longer because she wanted me to give her beach waves.

I got out of bed and made my way to the bathroom. I turned on the shower water and stripped out of my new clothes as the water warmed up, I stepped into the shower and lathered my rag with dove soap and washed my body. A few minutes later I was out of the shower. I had a towel wrapped around my body and went in front of the mirror. I took my bonett off before unwrapping my new freshly cut, dyed hair.

I got my hair cut a inch past my shoulders, and mama finally let me color it to a light blonde/brownish color it was really pretty, and hopefully C.J thought it was cute. It looked fine, so I wouldn't have to do anything with it. I knew I'd miss my long hair but my hair grows back fast so I wasn't worried.

After I put my eyeliner, lip gloss, and mascara on I walked out of the bathroom to wake Tavi up. To my surprise she was already awake, rubbing her eyes.

"Hurry and shower so I can do your hair." Tavi also got her hair done, she got one side of her hair shaded, and she put long weave on the other side. She really pulled the look off

She didn't reply, instead she just went into the bathroom and closed the door. I had to turn on the light, and when I did it woke mama up. Speaking of mama, she was showing more and more everyday now. In a few weeks she'll be walking around like a pregnant penguin

"Hi" she spoke, rubbing her eyes, "Morning"

my outfit consisted on a "West Coast" cropped top, and army print high waisted shorts, my white and black Jordan's. The shorts met were my shirt stopped so I wasn't going pass dress code.

A few minutes later after I was dressed, Tavi came out of the bathroom in my rob. "You wanna get dress or want me to do your hair first?"

"Do my hair first." She answered. I nodded and motioned for her to follow me to the bathroom. She wanted me to give her beach waves, which would take a littler longer because I had to blend her hair

I sectioned the first half of her hair. "Let's get started."

1 hour and 20 minutes later.

"Aww y'all look so cute" mama said snapping the 8th picture she'd taken of me and Tavi.

Tears came to her eyes, "My baby is growing up." I rolled my eyes. "Ma"

She let out a laugh, "Okay, okay. Sorry you know these damn hormones ain't no joke."

"Ok, Rain you and Tavi hug each other. Last one, I promise." We did as told and she snapped the picture.

I handed my phone to Tavi, "Okay take some singles of me now."

For the first picture I put my hand on my hip and smile, for the second one I put the decues up, and for the third I just turned around, smirking. I put the photos in the college and posted them to instagram.

As we were walking my phone ringed, without looking at the caller I.D I answered it.

"Hello?"
