After finals were cancelled and the students went home for summer break, Samantha couldn't help but wonder why Fred had acted so different at that feast. She let the thoughts run through her brain for most of the summer, the other parts were trying to keep Harry from killing the Dursley's.
Over the summer Harry has grown to be as tall as Samantha at 5'6, his hair grew out longer and he lost all of his baby fat. They two siblings started to look a lot alike the only difference was their eye color.
Samantha wrote to all her friends, except the Weasley's since they were on a trip visiting Bill in Egypt because they won the wizard lottery. Oliver and her were still together but Samantha noticed the change in him as well after she woke up.
He was more possessive of her and protective, she noticed him glaring at any guy who looked at her, he even glares at George. But Samantha never commented on it because she didn't want to start a fight with him.
"She's here." Harry says leaning against Samanthas doorframe. Samantha shuts her book sighing looking up at Harry who was dressed in jeans, grey shirt, and a flannel.
"Let's try to behave tonight please." Samantha begs standing up resting a hand on Harry's cheek. Harry rolls his eyes and nods his head at her words, "only if she does." He mumbles making Samantha frown.
Another thing that changed about Harry was that his personality was starting to become just like hers, he had the sarcasm, the quick comebacks, and he grew a pair of balls and started standing up to the Dursley's which didn't really end well.
"Please Harry. I'm not in the mood to fight tonight." Samantha begs and Harry's eyes soften when he notices his sisters tired eyes, she seemed almost worn out.
"Have you been sleeping?" Harry asks nervously. Samantha nods her head and Harry knew it was a lie, he started getting good at telling when she was lying and telling the truth.
Harry goes to say something but decided against it, he didn't want to overwhelm her with questions. He knew she already had enough on her mind with the whole Fred situation.
"Harry! Samantha! Get down here to answer the door!" Petunia yells up the stairs. Samantha sighs and the two Potter siblings walk down the stairs opening the door for Vernons, very rude/annoying, older sister.
Marge barges into the house looking for Dudley dropping her bags on top of Samanthas feet making her hiss in pain. Harry quickly helps his sister and sends a glare to the fatter women.
"I'm fine. I'll take her bags upstairs." Samantha states grabbing the bags and struggling to carry them up the stairs to the guest bedroom.
Samantha sighs and sets them down taking a deep breath when she realizes her vision was becoming slightly blurry. She rests a hand on her forehead and shakes it off before walking back down stairs.
She walks into the kitchen to help Harry prepare the dinner while the Dursley's sit at the table talking amongst themselves.
Samantha and Harry watch with smirks on their faces when they see Marge talking to her dog like her boyfriend. Samantha did her best to hold back a laugh but a small snicker left her lips gaining the women's attention.
"What are you two smirking at? Where did you send the two of them, Vernon?" Marge asks and Samantha rolls her eyes going back to slowly cutting up the veggies.
"St. Brutus'. It's a fine institution for hopeless cases." Vernon says and Samantha fought back another eye roll.
"Do they use canes at St. Brutus?"
