"What are you talking about, Chaeyoung Park?"

Jisoo asked while shaking her head and clenching her fist jokingly, it's like she's ready to square up with someone. Rosé kept on laughing while Jisoo's doing that little skit of hers.

"I don't know what she's talking about," a smirking Lisa raised both her hands then passed Jisoo her phone, "look, that's my mom."

"I get it, i get it. This time you're messaging with your mom but who is THAT person that Chaeyoung Park is talking about?"

Jisoo's smirking while moving her pointy finger and shoulders, as if jokingly saying no no no, don't you dare lie to us. She's messing around with our maknaes again. Lisa's smiling while looking at how goofily Jisoo is dancing while teasing her about her chatmate.

"Though it wasn't a guy Jisoonie, it's more like a girl friend," Rosé defending Lisa at the same time teasing, both Jisoo and Rosé placed their hands on their mouths pretending to be shocked then giggled together.

Whenever we are picking on Lisa, I usually don't pay attention to her reaction. But since things changed lately, I got my eyes focused on her every move. She's just silently smiling, I'm not keeping my eyes off her, I'm waiting for every expression and reaction she'll throw this time.

"Who the f*** are you talking about, Chae?" she said in hushed voice, like she was just whispering only to Rosé but I heard it.

"Lisa! Why do you have to cuss in front of us?"

The three of them shockingly turned their look at me in unison after I flared up at Lisa. She sighed then her jaw started to clench, she's glaring at Rosé as if blaming her for being scolded at. This is again a different side of her. And if I were Rosé right now, I'd be scared for my life. Lisa's staring at Rosé like she's about to eat her alive anytime.

Crap, if this was just one of those normal days, I would never notice how Lisa's killing Rosé with just her eyes. I can't believe how she's controlling her emotions without defending herself. She gulped then took a deep sigh.

"I'm sorry, Jennie unnie. That was just an expression and was not meant for you nor jisoonie to hear," she said in a low tone while facing down, not giving any single one of us an eye contact.

"Rosie, who's that person? You guys can't keep things from us. We are blankpink and we just debuted, you know we still got dating ban."

I was explaining things to Rosé calmly but was directly looking at Lisa. Both of them are now with a dejected look facing down, Jisoo saw their reactions too so she subtly went beside them and gently rubbed their backs.

"It was just a friend, a girl friend," Lisa answered in a low tone, face as long as a fiddle while fidgeting her fingers.

"A girl friend, Lisa? Seriously?" I said while raising my voice at her. I am just testing and triggering her emotions, just wanna know how far she can control. Sh*t this is intensifying.

"A friend, that's a girl unnie," still gloomily facing down and with a controlled low tone.

"Then who is that?!"

My voice even louder this time, Jisoo glared at me signaling me to cut it off. I get it Chichu, I am triggering Lisa, why am I doing this? 🥺 Rosé is sullenly looking at me all teary eyed while shaking her head, like she's begging me to stop scolding Lisa.

"Huh?" Lisa apologetically looked at me, then at Jisoo. I saw our Jisoonie released a deep sigh then shook her head. It somehow scared the shit out of me coz I now know for a fact that Jisoo will surely scold me as soon as these maknaes will head back to their rooms.

"Jennie, she said it's just a friend that's a girl, I don't think we need to worry much about that," Jisoo firmly spoke to Lisa's defense.

"Who is THAT girl Lalisa? I'm asking you," I glared at Lisa.

"Minnie," she pursed her lips.

Who the fuck is this Minnie? And why am I taking this personally? Why did I suddenly became so curious of the people that Lisa's acquainting herself with. I saw Rosé wiped her tears, Lisa on the other hand shows no sign of tears or whatsoever. She's sitting there trying to maintain composure while fidgeting her nails and shaking her legs.

"Unnies, do we still got other things to discuss? May I excuse myself? I feel unwell," Lisa's still on her low tone and black look.

"Yes Lisa, you may. Please rest in your room, I'll be there shortly," Jisoo's still caressing Lisa's back.

"Jisoonie?" I gave Jisoo a questioning look.

"Jennie, please?" Jisoo said sternly, it's her way of reminding me to stop whatever drama it is that I am creating right now.

"Me too, unnies. I'll just stay in my room for a bit," Rosie seconded with a sullen look in her face, Jisoo nodded then rubbed her back.

"I'll talk to you in a bit too, okay?" Jisoo was looking at Rosé, she nodded at her.

As soon as our maknaes left the living room, Jisoo faced me with a strict and serious face. I was looking at her as if asking what's wrong? She shook her head in disbelief then bit her lower lip.

"Jennie I completely disagree on how you handled the situation earlier."

She shook head again, her eyes are looking at me intently, both her eyebrows are furrowed and her hands are crossed. I know she's trying to make me rethink what I did. Now I am the one who's being scolded here.

"Why, Chichu?" I looked at her apologetically.

"Why'd you have to treat Lisa that way? Why'd you have to raise your voice at them? You didn't even know the  full story and yet you acted as if she already did something wrong. Didn't you know she's been having on and off fever and body pains? And she was messaging her mom cause she's not well and she just needs affection," Jisoo closed her eyes in frustration while massaging her temples.

"Say sorry to Lisa, Jennie Kim. I'll go and comfort her now then after I leave, you go in and apologize, do you understand?" I nodded, she patted my back then went straight to Lisa's room.

Kim Jisoo may be my best friend but she never tolerates me whenever I misbehave. She would always straightforwardly tell me my mistakes especially on the way I treat Lisa. I easily get angry at her and Jisoo dislikes that, she would always remind me to treat Lisa and Rosé fairly. Never let them feel that I favored one of them more than the other. And I do not, I love them both equally.

"Jennie your turn," Jisoo signaled me to get up, I nodded then lazily stood up.

"Have you spoken with Chaeyoung?"

"Yes I did, we're alright now. I already apologized for my actions," I pouted.

"Good, now talk to Lisa and PLEASE be gentle this time," she squeezed my hand tightly.

I'm standing in front of Lisa's door, again. Is this a dejavu? I remembered being worried last night about Lisa being sad or hurt, and now she is. Worst is, I'm the reason why. I knocked, no one answered, not even a single word.

I gently opened the door and saw Lisa rolled under her sheets. I immediately hugged the "hiding under the sheets" Lisa, she's lying faced down. I heard little sobs so I rubbed her back gently. I pulled the sheets up, exposing her head that's facing the pillow then caressed her hair.

"Lili, I'm sorry," no response.

"I didn't mean to raise my voice at you, I'm sorry for hurting you."

She did a thumbs up while still lying as flat as a pancake on bed, that kinda made me smile, too cute. I just continued caressing her back.

"Do you feel better now? Would you like some water?" she shook her head.

"I think you need to hydrate yourself, hold on, I'll get you some," I stood up then walked straight to the door.

"Jennie, why do you hate me so much?"
