After explaining what Kaili was like to him he spoke up again. "What are you doing today?" "Nothing." I said back. "Do you want to come over?" He asked. I considered the offer for a second before saying "I have nothing to change in to." "I can take you home to get changed or whatever you females do, put make up on and shit." "That isn't what all females do! Just the majority." I said back slightly offended. "Mhmm. See majority. So do you want to or not?" He asked again. "Eh, I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea." He took me back to my place and I hurried inside to get changed while he waited in his car. I put a pair of long, black tights and a grey T-shirt. Something way to casual to be wearing around him, but today I just didn't care.  I grabbed my hand bag and walked back down to the front door and out it pulling it shut behind me. I got back into the car and he looked me up and down. "What?" I asked. "Nothing. I just feel really over dressed right now." "Nothing is wrong with a man in a suit Tye. Believe me." "Is that so?" He asked. I nodded.

His house was about three kilometres out of town. Pine trees surrounded his property. He turned and started driving up his drive way. "Wow." I said amazed. "It's beautiful." "Everything I have is beautiful to you." He said back laughing. Dust was surrounding the back of the car as the wheels disturbed the dirt and gravel. He pulled into his car port. He had a large property full of trees. I stepped out of the car and looked around. A flock of birds started flying in an arrow towards West. "Want me to show you around the property?" He asked me. I agreed instantly. He walked in front of me and took me to the left of his yard and up a dirt path. There were shrubs and sticks everywhere. He put his arm around my shoulders and I put my arm around his waist and rested my head on his shoulder as we walked. He pointed up towards a tree. "This used to be my spot when we first moved here. I would climb this tree and just watch the cars drive past. No one could ever find me. I could watch dad work on his cars and he wouldn't have a clue." He said to me. It was a nice tree. There were many different sitting places.

We kept walking and he let go of me, so I did the same to him. "It is so peaceful here Tye, I hate my place being in town with a tonne of traffic, the only thing I like is the view outside of my bedroom with the forestry." "It is nice here; although it sometimes sucks that I am so far away from town." We kept walking and there was a fallen tree. I glanced at Tye and smiled widely before running over to the tree and started walking on it like it was a tight rope. I had my arms out wide to keep my balance. I got to the end of the tree and turned my head with my arms still stretched out wide. Tye came up behind me with his arms out and grabbed my hands. "Titanic, but tree style." He said to me. I rested the back of my head into his chest. "Oh Jack." I said to him in the worst acting voice I could pull. He jumped off of the tree and wrapped his arms around my waist while I was still on the tree and lifted me down. He was so strong. I just stood there for a moment looking into his eyes, but I looked further than I ever did before. Behind the beautiful brown layer there was a core, a core that was swimming with emotions, and that's when I knew he wasn't all that he seemed. He had a story. The more I gazed into his eyes the more I could see. Hurt. Sadness. Loneliness. Pain. So many different emotions were swarming around me.

I broke the eye contact. "You okay Skylar?" He asked. "Yeah, just looking at your eyes." I said while smiling. "Shall we keep going?" I asked. He started walking and I followed. "You have to meet my dog!" He said excited to me. I followed him to the back of his yard where a beautiful Blue Healer was on a chain. Tye ran over to him and unchained him. The dog jumped up on Tye and attempted licking his face. "Sky, this is Digger. Don't judge the name, I was eight when I got him." I walked over and squatted holding my hand out for him to sniff it. He came over and licked me. "He likes you." Tye said. We spent about fifteen minutes just admiring his dog before he took me inside. His dad was sitting on the couch drinking a XXXX gold and watching football. "Dad." Tye said. His dad grunted back. "Dad, this is Skylar." His father turned his head and looked me up and down, I felt so awkward and judged. His dad stood up and walked over to me to shake my hand. "I have seen you before." He said to me. "Yeah." I said back. "You are one of my patients aren't you?" He asked with an eyebrow raised. "Yeah I was." I replied. "Well since you are friends with Tye now there is no need to call me Dr. Whyte. Craig is the name Skylar." I smiled. "Well, I'm going to show her the rest of the house now dad. Where is mum?" Tye said. "Not here. She is with Alicia at some lunch thing." Craig said back. "Oh." Tye said as he led me to his bedroom. "Well that was awkward." He said. "You don't think." I replied.
