*Wish body functioned similar to normal veins,
as if comfortable in my coup d'etat brain,
feel unpleasant & distain,
pleading under devouring rain;smallest out of place,
& mine nerves set emotions into thunderous rave;but see I acknowledge reality's clever gaunt...
we don't always get what we want;wish my brain had no reason to break,
clouds whittle down even underneath spectral sun,
no easy task for disquiet to unexpectedly fake,
nothing trembles the down leaves by one;remember...
we don't really get what we want
-
we yet survive, by how heart & mind respond.
