prop shield between self read as horror paged book

or precocious existential crisis?
yet -
eyes show another sided story found,
under thorax tensity bound;
sifting further below ground,
ashes burning out,
rising faster all around -
should be lifting by any moment now...

oh... as most of self remains intact,
once more, find effective strength to extract;
symmetrical mentality assist,
wait few seconds even longer,
break out by clenched fist?
