chapter 33!

izumi's pov:

we're going to the agency today, Mirio, Tamaki and Nejire came to get tsu, ochako, rou and i, we're all in our school uniform. we all got on the train together and got off at the same stop, we walked the same way and stopped at sir nighteye's agency. we were all confused but walked in to see other heroes. the heroes here were: Ryukyu, Fat Gum, Eraser Head, Gran Torino, Rock Lock, Kesagiriman, Mr. Brave, Centipeder, Bubble Girl, Ingenium, + 9 other heroes (cant find what they are called). we all went into the meeting room and sat down, i was inbetween mirio and rock lock. "before we start the meeting, do any of you have questions other that what the meeting is about?" sir nighteye asks.

"yes, i do" rock lock begins, "why are there teens and a 12 year old here?"

i sigh, "im not 12, im just a very small 16 year old" i say

rock lock appologises for calling me a 12 year old but still wanted the question answered. "These two have very improtant information!" Fat Gum says pointing to tamaki and rou.

"as do mirio and izumi" sir nighteye says, before he adds "what information do they have Fat Gum?"

"the other day, we encountered a group of people with Trigger and some weird bullets, they had ran off when they saw us. Kirishima ran after one of them who had Trigger and didnt go with the rest of the group while Amajiki and i went after the others. Amajiki was hit with a bullet and his quirk had stopped working for a few hours. the guy Kirishima went after used Trigger and went on a rampage, his quirk was boosted and blades had came out of his body, luckily kirishima could protect himself using his quirk and stopped the blades from getting to the civilians around them until i came to help" Fat gum explained.

sir nighteye looked at me silently asking if i wanted to explain why tamaki lost his quirk and Trigger, i nodded "The bullet that Tamaki was hit with, was a Quirk-destroying bullet. there two different colours, Red which destroys the Quirk almost instantly, and blue which can nullify the effects of the drug and restore the victim's Quirk. However, these are prototypes and are only temporary, lating for a few hours at most, and thus are distributed on the black market to villains solely for testing purposes. The Trigger drug ampilfies quirk power, there is a criminal organisation called 'Villain Factory' by the police, and they do experiments with Trigger as they are interested with the effects caused by it. they add uppers mixed in that causes its consumers to turn into 'Instant Villains' and go on a rampage, and distributing it through the streets between junkies and thugs, which causes many problems. Then, they collect all data to study, as well as blood samples from the consumers to see if it leaves any lasting effects." i explain, some people were looking at me shocked.

"and how do you know all this?" rock lock asks.

"im a detective" i answer him.

sir nighteye nods adding to what i said "and she is the one who gathered all the information we have on the Eight Precepts of Death".

a picture of Overhaul appears on the screen behind sir nighteye and everyone gets a copy of the information. "The Eight Precepst of Death, a villain group in the Yakuza organisation. The Eight Precepts of Death were originally run by a man known as 'The Boss' but is now ran by Kai Chisaki, or more known as Overhaul, as 'The Boss' is hospitalised. Overhaul has been creating these Quirk-Destroying bullets by collecting genetic material from a girl's body, Lemillion and Deku had an encounter with Overhaul after the girl that he was using ran into them as she was trying to escape. The girls name is Eri and he claimed that she was his daughter. we know where the main hideout is, how to get inside, where Eri is being held and information on everyone in the members of the Eight Precepts of Death and the people they are working with" sir nighteye explains and lets everyone read the information on the papers.
