Walking through Alexandria, her steps quick, Clary ended up at Spencer's house to see Father Gabriel and Rick inside. The two men had been scouring the room for the weapons, only stopping upon hearing the door shut behind her. Rick was surprised as his eyes met hers, believing Negan might have wanted to keep her close. However, he would be lying if he said he wasn't glad to see her unscathed.

"Are you okay?" Rick asked after a moment, looking behind her to see that no Saviors had followed. As his gaze fell back upon her, the girl nodded. "Yeah, Negan told me what happened. We're missing two of our guns?" Clary asked, to which Rick nodded his head with a sigh. "Yeah, but we've looked everywhere in Alexandria except for here." Clary nodded. "And you think Spencer has the guns?" Rick shrugged his shoulders, pinching the bridge of his nose in frustration. "I'm not sure, but he's hidden stuff before."

Bringing his hand away from his face, he looked to her. "Clary, I gotta know—" Rick didn't get to finish his question before she shook her head. "I don't have them. Negan asked me too, but I'll tell you the same thing I told him. If I had them, he'd be dead with a hole in his head." Clary's gaze flicked over to Father Gabriel, who looked quickly away from her, a slight fear in his eyes at her words.

Brushing it off, the girl immediately looked back to Rick, who nodded. "Yeah, I know," he admitted before looking back to Father Gabriel. "We have it covered here, we'll find them. They didn't just disappear, they'll turn up. Hopefully before..." Rick fell silent, not wanting to admit what would happen if the guns went unfound. Instead, he changed the conversation. "Can I ask you a favor?" With furrowed brows, Clary nodded. "Find my son. He doesn't need a babysitter but we can't have him finding his way into trouble again. If he lashes out again, Negan won't hesitate to..."

Once again, the man's words fell silent, but Clary understood too well. She knew what he meant as a pit
formed in her stomach at the thought of what could happen. Clary nodded, pushing away the feeling of impending doom at what could happen. "Yeah, of course." With that last agreement and assurance from Rick that they had it covered, she turned out of the home and back onto the streets of Alexandria.

Although her focus had been placed on finding Carl, she grew cold as she saw a girl surrounded by a pack of Saviors. The image, although terrifying, only became worse as she realized the girl in the mess was none other than Enid. Clary felt sick in her stomach as she saw one touch her friends face with a smile, causing the girl to grow rigid at the touch.

"Back off, now."

Going down the steps of the home, Clary watched as the venom coated command was enough to make the Saviors around the man and Enid falter slightly. However, the Savior whose attention had been on Enid took no notice. It wasn't until she was merely a few feet away that he faced her lazily, her jaw clenching as she realized it was the same Savior Carl threatened in the infirmary.

After a moment, the man let out an angry huff. "I am getting mighty tired of you sticking your little nose where it don't belong, Commander." Clary's eyes turned to slits as he peered down at her. Putting on the facade the Saviors were so used to seeing, that of the Angel of Death, she straightened up. "And I'm getting real sick of your shit. So— I'll say it again— back off."

The surrounding Saviors watched as Clary positioned herself between Davey and Enid, making sure to protect her friend from any harm the Saviors had planned. "You can't do shit anymore, Angel of Death. You don't got power anymore—" she let out a laugh, which surprised not only those surrounding them but Davey himself. "You sure about that? I mean, I think your boss would think different considering he's the one that put you in your place earlier—"

Clary couldn't say anything else as Davey silenced her my winding back his hand and bringing it down upon her face faster than she could react. Much to her dismay, she faltered, mostly out of surprise at his actions as she felt the skin of her cheek begin to sting. "CJ!" Clary looked up to see Enid stand before her, her eyes filled with worry. "Holy shit, are you okay?" Clary nodded, her gaze going past Enid rather to glare at Davey. "Go. I'll deal with them." Enid clenched her jaw before shaking her head. "No, I—"
