"Yoohoo! Commander, you awake?"

Clary clenched her jaw as she heard Negan's voice on the other side of the door to the room she had been held in for the night. She kept her back to the door, rather wanting to analyze the Saviors killing about in the courtyard of the Sanctuary. She hoped that, if she ignored the man, he would leave her—

The door swung open, heavy bootstraps entering her room causing her jaw to clench. "You didn't answer me, kid. For all I know you could've been dead." Clary couldn't help but scoff, turning to the man with a humorless gaze. Her gaze stayed upon him before she leisurely made her way to a chair, seating herself as she kept her gaze upon him. "You'd be happy about that. Wouldn't have to keep looking over your shoulder to see if I was after you." Negan shook his head, a half smile shadowing his face. "You know that's not true. I need you, I told you so yesterday."

Leaning back into the chair, she raised an eyebrow as he took a step forward. Negan stopped as he heard a clatter, looking down to see a sandwich seated upon a plate that hadn't been touched. "You didn't eat, either?" Negan asked as he looked to her, meeting her nonchalant gaze. "You are really denying my hospitality?" Standing u0, the girl only shrugged. "Like I told you yesterday, I don't want shit from you."

Before Negan could let out another snarky comment, gunfire rang out seemingly from the courtyard. Both their eyes met in unsureness before Clary rushed towards the window, the dirty and broken glass hindering her from seeing who had been doing the shooting. She saw people aiming their guns at a truck, one that Negan used to collect goods. Had it been a misfire?

"Did you set shit up, Commander?" Immediately the girl turned, looking at the man with wide eyes. "No!" Clary countered, stepping away from the window to fully face the man before her. She began to grow frustrated upon seeing his eyes darken as if searching for the lie within her words. "Negan if there is one thing you know about me it's that I would never put my people at risk to save myself. Ever."

With a clenched jaw, Negan saw that her eyes didn't falter, showing she had been truthful. "Stay the fuck put." Making his way out the door, the girl rushed towards it only to have it slammed in her face. "Negan! Get the fuck back here!" She slammed her hands against the door, trying to pull at the doorknob to no avail. She was still trapped, the only sounds being her curses as she spat them to not only Negan but herself for still being caught.

With one last angry bang on the door, Clary slid down the door, falling to her knees and allowing herself to feel weakness. She was alone, surrounded by people who wanted to kill her, unknowing if she'd be able to see the people she loved again. Unknowing if she would even survive.

Tears almost threatened to spill, until she clenched her jaw and slapped the side of her head in anger.

Get it together.

Don't show weakness.

Be strong.

Be strong.

Standing up, the tears that had threatened to spill were long gone. Instead, her eyes focused on searching for weaponry or any way to get out. Sadly, she was without her lockpick, which would've been useless nonetheless as the door was one that locked from the outside. Her chances of escape looked grim as she searched the bed, couch and small kitchenette, all areas void of anything useful.

Clary continued to search in silence until, around an hour later, her head turned to face the door as the knob jiggled. Her hopeful chances of escape fell through as the door opened to reveal Micson followed by two other saviors she hadn't seen before. "I knew I smelled your shit. What do you want, Micson?" Clary questioned, causing the man to let out a humored chuckle. "Negan needs you. But first—" he let out a whistle, causing both of the Saviors to make their way towards her. She was quick to get in a fighting stance, the men advancing towards her faltered slightly before grabbing her. She didn't hesitate to fight against their hold, but as one grabbed her hair to hold her, the other threw multiple blows at her, causing her to stop fighting long enough for one to hold her tight enough to where she couldn't move.
