SEDONA

It was a dream come true for Zane and Ried, but especially Zane, to enter their father's true heroes home... late Master Byron and the magnificent sir Brook. Both the boys followed their father and his two best and most trusted friends, Sam and Bolt.

The mansion was large, with guards at both ends, and as the group stepped inside they saw Sir Brook sitting on a big couch with his legs crossed and his son David and a few more guards standing behind.

Zane and Ried had very less interactions with their father during their childhood, but whenever they had, they would always get to hear magnificent stories about sir Brook. They heard how brave sir Brook was to win over Beaufort and now Sedona, they would hear of his kindness, taking in many orphans under his shelter, including Derrick and his friends and they would also hear about his strong-headed nature... whatever he promised, he delivered.

"How are you, my boys? You look like fierce men now!" sir Brook said as he patted the backs of Derrick, Sam and Bolt but he hugged Zane and Ried and that brought the biggest smiles on their faces, "My little boys have turned big and I am proud of you two. I wish your sister had the same attitude and honesty."

The last words stuck everyone hard and the two boys saw their father Derrick hung his head down in shame and their blood boiled to recall that horrible night two years back.

"We will find her back, sir Brook. We are trying our best." Derrick uttered his first words to which sir Brook sarcastically smiled, "Let's see. Anyways according to your contract, you have four more months. Let's see what you can do in that span to find that little brat."

"Whom are you talking about, uncle Brook?" An unfamiliar voice drew everybody's attention and the crowd saw a lean but tall boy limping down the stairs and one of the guards was quick enough to help the boy through the stairs.

"Welcome, my lad. Folks, meet my brother's long lost blood, my nephew, Nash Green... Nash, meet my other family... my most fierce son, Derrick, and the most trusted once... Bolt and Sam. And my rising hopes to support me and David, Zane, and Ried."

Derrick came forward and shook Nash's hand, "Hello, Nash. I am glad you are back to sir Brook, to us. I am sorry for what-"

-"Nah, uncle Derrick, hope I can call you that. Please don't be sorry that you killed my parents," Nash's words made everyone uncomfortable in the room.

Nash added, "I think that everything happens for a reason. If that accident didn't happen, I wouldn't have got the love of my current parents, I would not have met the love of my life, I would not have learned the greatest lessons of my life, would not have faced the biggest betrayal of my life, would not have lost my love and all my hopes. But then I would not have even met my uncle Brook and my brother David."

Brook came forward and put his hand on Nash's shoulder, "Nash, I can't express how happy I am to find you... Derrick, Sam, Bolt... it was a blessing and total coincidence that I went to my brother's and Nash's father's memorial I built in Sedona, and Nash went to the same place, all injured and sick, a month back. It was a shocker to me, but when I saw Nash's childhood pics with his father, my brother, it was like a dream coming true for me."

"It's a relief to have you back, dear cousin," David said, "we all know how much dad misses his brothers. So tell us about your enemies and we will be happy to help you."

"That's an honor, brother David. And I will tell you all when the time comes." Nash replied with a smile and then turned to Derrick, "Uncle Derrick, you were speaking something about your daughter. What's that? If I may know..."
