At that instant, our door bell rang and we got the food delivered. Mom, Andy, Joe and dad quickly started to unpack the food while the doorbell rang once more.

-"Do we have more food?"
-"I hope it's pizza!"

I ran and opened the door. "Hi, Ria. Hi, everybody." It was Ray's elder sister, Kate.

BEAUFORT: RIA's POV

"Hi Kate, so good to see you!" I half-hugged her while the others too reacted.

-"Hey, that's Kate!"

-"What a surprise, Kate."

-"Hey, Kate"

While others came forward, John reached to her the fastest, "Kate, I am so glad to see you. Please come in..."

Kate nodded with a faint smile and John added while he stood closer to her, "Kate, I am sorry I was not able to respond to you because of so many things that happened in between. But trust me, we are trying to find Ray everywhere possible."

"Yes, Kate." Andy and Alex to came forward, "It's so weird that he has been missing now for 8 days. Have you informed your parents yet, and have the Police got anything yet?"

Kate sighed and shook her head in denial, "I am so scared to inform anything to mom and dad. You know already that we have been struggling financially since long and if I tell anything to my parents now, they will abruptly come back from Mexico, leaving the business behind. I don't want to do that, and trying to do whatever I can from my side. Neither the Police have been helpful, John. I don't think they are taking this seriously, and I was planning to inform my dad about Ray until I got a-"

Logan walked forward while wiping his hands in his towel, "Kate, I will make time to talk to the Sheriff personally. Let's give it 2 more days before you call your parents. Meanwhile, let us know if you need any help with anything else. I mean it. Umm, by the way, did I cut you off before?"

Kate nodded, "Thanks, Logan, I am good, and yes. I was about to say that I got a weird call in the early morning saying he knows about Ray's whereabouts. They gave me an address and wants me to come there. When I called police, they said that it might be a bogus call, and they would check that. But I don't have much faith in them."

"And what did the caller say? That's great news that we have some clue about Ray now!" Alex chirped as he stepped forward.

Kate fixed her hair behind her ears, "The person didn't say much and just wanted me to visit there, in Rincon, and I cannot lose this chance."

Andy weighed in, "You are right, Kate!"

But Logan was quick to forward his hand, stopping him, "Alex, Andy, wait. Kate I can understand your emotions, but you cannot trust on this unknown caller blindly. It can be a hoax or a trap."

I looked at Kate and my heart went out to see her teary-eyes and she replied in broken voice, "I know, but what other option do I have?"

"I will come with you, Kate. Do you have the address?" John stepped forward as he picked up his jacket, kept on a nearby chair.

"Are you sure, John? And yes, the man gave me an address of Rincon." Kate stammered a little, while she looked a little relieved at the same time.

"I, too, think it's a good idea that John accompanies you, Kate." Logan patted John's back as he smiled back at Kate.

Mom looked a little worried as she sat down on, "But it can be risky, Johh and Kate. Rincon is quite far and you people have never been to that place before."
