Chapter twenty seven

I run in to the school and look for Michael.... I look around... But then I see something that I never want to see again...

I see my dad and Michael fighting theirs punches throwing everywhere my dad is bleeding everywhere Michael has a few scratches. My dad pins Michael down and takes out a knife.... No no no this can't happen he didin't see me yet so I run outside and grab Natalie and Emma just incase I need backup. I run up behind my dad Michael see's me but I tell him to NOT tell my dad. I quickly pulled the knife away and pushed him off of Michael. "Run!" I tell Michael. "No" he says. "Hurry!" I say because my dad is walking toward me with his fists by his side. "I don't want you to get hurt..." He says. "I will be fine I always get hurt" I say. "Now go!" I say. He runs... but not outside he runs where Natalie and Emma are. I quickly put the knife in my pocket.
"Where is he?!" My dad says. "If you let me hurt Michael I won't hurt you!" He says. "You can hurt me... What difference does it make?! You hurt me everyday. It doesn't have to be physical but it also can be with words... I'm not letting you hurt Michael." I say. "I will kill you!!" He yells. "Go ahead I will be happier!" I say.
He runs towards me. I pull the knife out of my pocket. He stops. "What?!" He says. "Yeah no one else took it... I wouldn't take another step." I say. He backs up. "Adelyn... Let's talk this out...." He says raising his hands up. What? It's not like I have a gun. "Haha that's funny talk it out?! What's their to talk about YOUR the one who abuses me. Your the one who likes to kill people. And your the one who probably killed your 2 daughters and your girlfriend." I say. But then he drops to the floor. I start crying I fall to the floor. I can't believe I said that..
Michael and Natalie walk over to me they pick me up. I walk over to my dad. "D-dad?" I say. He quickly takes the knife out of my hand. I back away. "Who has the knife now??" He says waving the knife in the air. Then the bell rings. I smirk. "This is not over" he says dropping the knife and running off. Yeah I'm so scared. I got cut before I made food and crap. I laugh because that's the bell saying theirs no fire and all the kids can come in the school.

  I pick up the knife and go to the nurses office. "Hello Adelyn what do you need today?" Ms.Miller says. "A plastic bag" I say. She gets up and finds a plastic bag. "Here you are!" She says smiling. "Thanks!" I say. I go to my locker and grab a sharpie. Then I write "EVIDENCE" in bold letters. Then I put the knife in the bag. Why I did that is because so my dad can't get the knife cause it was SHARP and I mean sharp. I don't know where he got it. We don't even got those knifes at our house anymore. Only butter knives because when my mom found out that I got abused. She took ALL the knifes and took them because she was worried that he would kill me. Thanks.. But what they don't know is that I have like a "survival" bag in my bathroom. Under the sink behind all the cleaning stuff but they don't clean I do so no worries. Also my dad NEVER goes in my bathroom. I have sharp knives,food,Clothes and other things. And that's just incase. But I am prepared.
The bells rings and we skipped history. So next is Spanish. "buena clase de la mañana" Mrs.Rodgers said. (Good morning class) "buenos días" We all say. "como estas" She says. "feliz" I say. (Happy) mostly everyone else says mal (Bad). "hoy vamos a aprender acerca de los verbos" she says. Which means today we're going to learn about verbs.Yay! Not.
*Next hour*
I'm I'm math when I see Lukas walk in also with Dani..... Their laughing and then when Dani sees me she looks at me with disgust. "Eww what's she doing here???" She says. "She's in this class." He says smiling. Lukas comes over to me and says........

"WERE DATING!!!!!" He says. For real?! Uhh...... "I'm happy for you!!" I say fake smiling. "Thanks!!" Lukas says. But then Michael walks in. "Adelyn?!" Michael says. "Michael!" I yell and run to him.
He left when he picked me up off of the floor. "I was scared you got hurt...... I love you...." I say. "I love you too. Why are you still helping me? I could be putting your life in danger." I say. "Well someone's got to help you... And I'm here for you and it's better if I get hurt then you." He says. "Awwww" I say. "MICHAEL GET TO CLASS!!!" Mr.Collins yells. "YES SIR!!" He yells saluting him and laughing. Then he hugs me. "Bye" he says. "Bye" I say then turn around to see someone behind me. He hands me a note and runs to his seat. I walk to mine. The front of the note said: TOP SECRET DON'T SHOW ANYONE!!
I opened it up and it read:
Hey dummy you think I stopped with Michael? No I didin't. Maybe I can cheat on Lukas with Eli then they won't be friends anymore then Michael will most likely go with Eli then we will be best friends then like each other. You can't run now.

Oh crap what did I get them into. I need to warn Eli. "Mr.Collin's can I go use the restroom?" I say standing up. "Yes" he says. I run out of class and see Eli. If your wondering Eli likes to skip his Spanish classes he rather go make a rap instead.... "ELI!!" I yell. "What?!" He yells laughing. "Read this.." I say out of breath. "Holy running for like 1 minute and yelling my name sure takes your breath away... Or is it just my hotness??" He says smiling. "No and no" I say trying to keep a straight face. But I start burst out laughing and falling to the floor. When my laughing stops Eli looks over me. "Come on get up." He says reaching his hand out. I get up. He starts to read the note and then laughs.... "Adelyn.... I have a girlfriend... She can't take me... She ratchet" he says the last part in a sassy girl voice. I don't know what's wrong with me but When he said that I felt hurt.. But to hide that.
I laugh oh Dani your one messed up girl....

(YAY!!! I'm finally done with this chapter! It took me forever... My mom was annoying me a lot and I had to stop like 10 times because of that. But hopefully you enjoyed!)
