"Falling in love is a dangerous thing, darling, Especially if it's with me."
It all started when their laptop accidentally got switched. They met at the worst circumstances, but they can't seem to stay away from each other. What else can they do? T...
"Hey! I have a brain, my head is filled with knowledge, you know." Yerin rolled her eyes at the boy beside him, following the boy.
Jisung shrugged. "Well then use it."
"Shut up. What's wrong with you today? Geez," she said, noticing that his mood today is awful. He looked like he's mad and ready to kill someone. "By the way, where are you going?"
"None of your business." He said, unlocking his car. School just ended so it's already time to go home.
"Alright then I'm coming with you."
Yerin opened the door to his car, sitting on the seat next to him before using the seatbelt. Jisung gave him a weird look, he clearly wants here to leave him alone. "Get out."
"No."
"I said get out."
"I said no,"
Jisung glared at him, looking into her hazel eyes. He took a deep breath, dazed by the look on her eyes. Her eyes- it's very beautiful.
He sighed, not wanting to argue even further with her. Putting his seatbelt on, he started the car. Yerin noticed something different about him today. He's always in a bad mood, but today he looked even worse. "You okay?"
The boy only shrugged as he continued to drive towards her house. Yes, wanting to drop her at her house. Originally he wanted to leave her in the middle of the road but he didn't want to cause any more trouble.
Looking at his rearview mirror, he frowned as he noticed something weird. There are 2 cars behind him, the exact same type of car, following him. He didn't want to overthink things so he shrugged it off, but as soon as he saw a gun coming out from the window, he immediately widen his eyes, reaching towards Yerin head as he pushed here body downwards, "look down!"
Yerin lets out a shrieked scream as Jisung turned the car around, the sound of a gunshot filling her ears. Jisung cursed under his breath before looking back, stepping on the gas.
Yerin sat back up, looking at Jisung with a panicked look on her face. He's driving at an abnormally fast speed as the two cars followed them from behind. "J-Jisung what's going on?"
"Shut up and listen to what I say, okay?"
Yerin nods, terrified by the whole situation. Jisung on the other hand, he came up with a plan- although it's quite risky. He's speeding towards the construction area, because he knew that's the safest place because it's not crowded. Well not exactly safe, but at least it's pretty much empty.
Yerin widened her eyes as the car crashed towards the border of the construction area with the two cars following them from behind. Jisung drove the car towards the one of empty parking lot building, determined to get rid of the men following them.
Yerin gulped, looking back to see a man pointing his gun at them through the window again, making her thought of a brilliant idea.
She knew that he can't shoot them right now, he's driving and he seemed too focused in that. So she decided to do it. "Where's your gun?"
"What do you mean my gun?"
"Just give me your fucking gun, Park Jisung."
Jisung glanced at her hesitantly before taking out his gun, handing it over to the her. Yerin never really knew how to use this thing before, she only saw it from the movies. She managed to load the gun, taking a deep breath before opening the window.
"Wha- are you mad?" Jisung asked, basically screaming at her. Aiming on the tire, she then pulled the trigger, hitting just where she wanted to. The bullet almost hit her as it flashes right in front of her eye, "fuck."
Pulling the trigger once more, she managed to stop one of the cars. Jisung turned his head to finally look at her, impressed by what she just did. "Not bad."
Just when she was about to reply, one of the guys managed to hit one of his rearview mirror. Jisung groaned, looking at the shattered glass. He stopped the car as they reach the higest level of the building, looking at the empty building in front of them. Yerin gripped on the handle of the door as Jisung gunned the gas and the car's speed increases to its major point.
She then realized what he's about to do- what his plan was.
"Park Jisung are you insane you're about to kill us—"
But the rest of her words were cut off when Jisung flew his car to the other building, the car landing harsly on the hard ground as the car swerved for an instant, almost falling of the building. Yerin accidentally hit her head, making her groan in pain.
Just when the car stopped, they both heard a loud crash. The other car that was following them fell down from the building, leaving whoever inside that car dead as the car was left torn into pieces.
Yerin slumped against the seat with a ragged sigh, trying to steady her uneven breath. This boy never failed to astound her, he's always full of surprises.
"You okay?" He asked, looking at her with a slight concern laced through his words. Yerin turned her head towards him, nodding her head. "Yeah, I guess."
He noticed a small cut near her cheekbone, reaching out to cup her face. "You're hurt."
Yerin flushed at the sudden contact, her pale face was no longer pale as she turned as bright as a tomato. "I-it's fine."
He brushed his thumb over her wound, feeling bad she's not involved in this wacky mess. They made eye contact again and this time, he felt something weird spark inside of him. It may be because of her eyes- her eyes are alluring.
He didn't even know why, but his eyes automatically glanced at her lips.
But as soon as he realized what he's doing, he immediately pulled his hand away from her, clearing his throat awkwardly, hoping she didn't realize that.
"We need to get out of here."
That's all he said before starting the car again, leaving the area. Leaving her astounded, bewildered by her own feelings.
