Roadtrip - Sapnap

Summary: You and your boyfriend are going for a drive just to spend some time together away from the stress of school. It turns out, he's made a playlist just for this special little occasion.
Author Note: I know nothing about America because I'm from good ol' England- Please mind any mistakes I make! Sapnap will also be referred to as Nick. Female reader btw!

-(Y/N) POV-

"(Y/N)? Have you got everything ready?" Nick called upstairs as I gathered my portable phone charger and shoved it into the small backpack that had once been thrown into my closet. I grabbed a hoodie from my bed, grabbing my bag and rushing downstairs with a slight pep in my step.

Nick was stood by the front door, scrolling through Twitter, liking some replies to what might have been Dream's or George's tweets. I slipped my shoes on wrapping my arms around Nick's torso. "I'm ready now babe~ Give me the keys, I wanna drive."

"You want to drive? No no, I'm driving, I'll get to play the songs I want then" Nick chuckled and opened the door, leaving it down to me to lock the door. I rushed to the car, putting my seatbelt on as soon as I had shut the door.

--NOBODY'S POV--

The two took off, Nick having already connected his phone to the bluetooth system, putting his new playlist on that had been made just for this occasion. (Y/N) stared out of the window, hands folded in their lap. The car was put into a comfortable silence as the couple just cherished each other's presence and the quiet music.

Nick pulled to a stop at a red light, resting back in his seat. He looked over at his lover a smile forming on his face. (Y/N) meant the world to Nick, he loved seeing his partner happy because then it would make him happy. The two had met in the first year of high school and had become close friends. Halfway into the second year of school, the two ended up dating, which seemed like it would only be a short relationship but to most people's surprise, the two were still together and not planning on breaking up anytime soon.

"Hey, look at me for a second..." Nick's voice snapped (Y/N) out of her trance. As she turned to look at him, she was met with Nick's lips pressing against hers. (Y/N) almost instantly gave in, her hands leaving her lap to rest on Nick's shoulders.

It came as a shock when Nick decided to talk.

"Do you like the playlist..?" He whispered inbetween kisses, pulling his lover close. Neither of them really cared about the lights changing yet, seeing as they probably wouldn't change to green for quite a while.

"I love it...And I love you, thank you.." (Y/N) muttered quietly, slowly pulling away to admire her boyfriend. Nick smiled softly and pressed a kiss to their forehead, resting his hand on her thigh.

"I love you too darling."
