[Ch. 21] Third year

                           Kiri pov.
"Well third year here I come." I re-adjasted my red bagpack and my blazer making my way inside. "Morning Kirishima-kun" one of the second years greeted me. "Hm morning" I smiled waving at her before continuing down the call to the class 3-a classroom.

I got a few more greetings on the way there. As I was greeting Kendo from class 3-b I noticed a farmiliar blob of yellow hair down the hall. "Denki!" I giggled running up to him. "Oh hey Ei" I turned waving at me as I stoped in front of him.

"How's the going?" We began walking towards the classroom. "It's ok I'm actually pretty excited for this year" he said smiling. "Yea me too" we stopped infront of the door and he swang it open.

We seemed to be the last ones here. "Hey everyone" I said walking in. "Hey Kiri" Sup Kiri" I smiled walking over to Suki's desk. "Morning babe" I smiled kissing his cheek. "Morning pumpkin" he said smiling slightly.

"Oh guys we get to meet the new student today." Sero said. As if on cue a farmiliar yellow sleeping bag rolled into the classroom. "Shut up and sit down" A tired voice murmured.

Everyone imediately obeyed. Mr. Aizawa can be scary as hell I'm sure even Mr. Yagi, or All might is slightly scared of him.

"Right it's hmmh- good that you back anyway we have a new student you all know her but still be nice and all anyway come in" He said. The door swang open and oh I know them omg.

"Katie" I smiled as the blue haired girl walked in  and waved. She'd already met everyone in the class and hung out with us sometimes.

"Hey. Suprise" She chuked. "Yea take a seat and do whatever. It's the first day back just don't be loud" With that Mr. Aizawa lay down and fell asleep.

"Omg girl this is amazing" Mina sqeeled as Kaite took a seat besides her. "Hello good to see you again Katie you you have fun this year" Iida did his usual stif hand gestures. "It's good to see you again Iida" she smiled at the darker blue haired male.

We spent most of the time until lunch just talking and everything because most of our classese we're free periods with the excuse of it being the first day.At lunch we sat at our usual table with Katie.

"Hey guys I heard one if the kids from 3-c is thowing a party we should totally go" Mina sqeeled. "Yea we should it'd be awesome" Denki said matching her excitement. "When is it though?" Sero asked drinking his soda. "This weekend"

"So we're all going awsome" Denki cheered. "Hey who said I was going?" Kat asked glaring at him."well Ei is going and that means you are too even if you don't want to" Mina answer.

"Ok yeah never mind" he chuckled leaning back. "Oh Kaite. Jake is coming with you right?" Sero asked. "Yea he is" Kaite said pushing her empty tray slightly forward "Awsome this weekended we're gonna get out party on" I cheered. "Hell yea" Mina and Denki shouted.

[Time skip]

I looked up at the huge house with bright colorful lights and loud music blaring from the inside. "This is going to be awsome" Mina cheered thowing her hands up.

"Yes let's goo" I sqeeled as me Denki and Mina ran ahead Kaite right behind us as Suki, Sero and Jake trailed farther behind. Once we got there Mina went straight to the kitchen and I stood there with Katie.

"Hey Kiri want something to drink?"Katie asked me. "Yea sure let's go" I pushed myself up and followed behind her to the kitchen. "Man we should go check out the pool" Denki said appearing behind us.

We walked outside it was kind of cold but some people were in the pool others just around. "Have you guys seen Baku and Jake haven't seen then for a while I know Mina is upstairs and sero in the living room" Denki said. "Hm I don't know let me ask" Kaite responded.

Kaite- Hey where are you guys?

Jake- I'm with Sero, but we lost Baku at a point.

Kiri- Suki?

Kaite- why isn't he responding?

Kiri- I don't know I'm gonna go look for him.

"Suki isn't responding I'm gonna go find him" I said getting worried. "Oh ok call us when you find him or something" Kaite said matching my tone of worry. "Ok"

I walked into the house looking around past all the teenagers for a familiar blob of ash blonde. I walked around even passed Sero and Jake who also offered to help.

I was now extremely worried. Where could he be? I kept talking to him in my head because my voice couldn't even be heard over all the music and chatter.

"Hey aren't you dating Bakugo from 3-a" a girl asked me. I recognized her as the girl who greeted me on the first day. I nodded. "Yes I am actually looking for him. have you seen him?" I asked.

"Yea I have actually.." she trailed off. "Great where is he?" I asked anxiously.  "I um I saw him. He was upstairs" she sounded nervous. "Um thanks"

When I was about to walk away she grabbed my hand. Making me stop she looked hesitant like she couldn't find the right words. When she did what she said made my stomach drop.

"He was making out with another girl"

"Well here we go I guess" I sighed watching Ejira's face pale as she froze. "Man this was my new favorite couple. Havoc has for to stop targeting my favorites" I added lifting my gaze from the scene.

"I know last time it was Mic and Aizawa but hey them survived it I'm sure these two can too" Seruko tried to reassure me. "Yea I guess" I sighed.

This obviously wasn't the first time. Soulmates had to go though a lot. The thing was it often didn't end well. Some even resulted to suicide or leaving eachother and it breaks my heart to see them fall apart.

I turned my attention back to the redhead watching the scene unfold.

"Are you sure it was him?" Her voice sounded dry all she got in response was a sympathetic nod from the girl.
