Chapter 6

When people are talking through a link or even thinking, it would look like "this" and when they are not, it would look like "this".

Taehyung was known to be dead by Hungwoo but little did he know, Taehyung did survive that fall. Opening his eyes, Taehyung screams in pain, curling up. After the pain went away, Taehyung stood up and started walking since it hurt too much to run but he knew he had to keep moving. A tear wet his fur, thinking about his father.

Stomach growls when he sees some barriers, biting some of the bush, he eats it but spits it out right after. Licking a rock to get the bad taste out of his mouth. A whine left his lips as he walked some more, his paw hurting but he tried to ignore the pain.

Eating some apples that he found, happy that there was an apple tree. Taehyung lays down, chewing on a red apple as he wags his tail. Drinking the water from a puddle he found, Taehyung looks around.

Digging a hole and using sticks, Taehyung made himself a small den for the night. Laying down in the den to get some rest so he will have more energy to move tomorrow.

Three months later, Taehyung was feeling much better, his leg healed and his body did not hurt so much. He was stalking a big groundhog, waiting for the moment to attack. Jumping up at it, the groundhog did not have time to react when Taehyung bites down on its neck and snaps it.

Feeling full from eating the groundhog, Taehyung licks his snout since it was bloody as well as his paws. He found a little lake and jumped in, washing the blood of his white fur and also drinking the water. Going to the small den that he had made, Taehyung lay down and fell asleep.

Eyes open wide as he stood up fast, looking around, Taehyung sees a wolf walk up to him. He sees bright yellow eyes in the night. Growling, the omega gets ready to run, hunting had taught him some new tricks.

When the sub alpha wolf charges at Taehyung, the white wolf quickly jumps over the bigger wolf. Getting behind the sub alpha, Taehyung bites the leg and twists his head to break it. Hearing the yelp come from the bigger wolf, Taehyung lets go and takes this chance to run off because he does not want to find out if it was alone or not.

Once he knew he was safe, Taehyung shifts and stretches, it's been three months since he last shifted to his human form. "Aw man, I'm so tired," he yawns and climbs a tree. Once he is in the tree, he shifts again and lays on a thick branch.

The sound of birds woke him up and he almost fell out of the tree if he hadn't shifted quickly to humans. Getting out of the tree, Taehyung shifts again and starts hunting. This is what he does; sleep, wake up, hunt, eat, wash, run, find a safe spot to sleep, and repeat this every day.

A year had passed since he ran away from Hungwoo, Taehyung is now 18-years-old. He was eating a deer that he had killed on his own when he heard something walking up to him. Getting up, his snout, chest, and front paws were covered in blood from eating the dead deer, the deer was ripped open and some bones were missing since Taehyung chewed on them.

Two wolves went into Taehyung's view and they stopped once they saw the small white wolf covered in blood next to a dead deer. One wolf had orange eyes and the other had green eyes, The orange-eyed wolf was a gray wolf and the green-eyed wolf was a brownish wolf. Taehyung didn't know why but he didn't feel so threatened by these two wolves.

"That's an omega! Lay down Joonie or she will run away," the green-eyed wolf linked up to their mate as they lay down.

Namjoon nods and lays down with his mate, "what happens if she was a he, Jin?" he links to Jin.

"Look, his eyes are not blue... or purple..." Jin mumbles, female omegas have blue eyes as male omegas have purple eyes.

"Their silver... I feel like I saw those eyes in a book," Namjoon says, Namjoon is an alpha and Jin is a beta and they are mated.

Taehyung sits down but when the green-eyed wolf shifts, the boy looks away. "You can look," Jin said softly, Namjoon was blocking the view with his wolf body, "what's your name? I'm Kim Seokjin but call me Jin and here is my mate Kim Namjoon but you can call him Namjoon," Jin explains.

The white wolf looks at them and shook his head, "oh, you don't want to shift?" the beta asked and the omega nods, "that's okay, do you have a pack?" he asked and the wolf shook their head again and Jin smiled softly, "what about you come with us to my pack, I can cook you something good to eat and you can have a nice warm bath."

Taehyung wags his tail at the thought of a nice bath and nods, standing up, Jin shifts back to his wolf. Jin was walking in front, Taehyung was walking behind him and Namjoon was behind Taehyung, they did this so they could protect the omega if something happened.

"Jin, do you think that the omega killed that huge deer on its own?" Namjoon asked in the link as they kept on walking, yes Taehyung still had blood on his white fur.

"I think so... this omega is no normal omega, I can tell," Jin answers his mate in the link. Omegas are the weakest rank, they can't hunt or even fight, all they are good for is giving pups or making their mate feel good.

Jin and Namjoon shift while Taehyung looks down at the ground waiting for them to get dressed. "Alright, you can look. Now stay close to us," Jin said as Taehyung gets close to Jin and Jin sets his hand on the omegas head.

The beta made Taehyung feel safe and Taehyung likes it, it reminds him of his father.
