IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, THE GROUP WAS FINISHING EATING. THE WATSON'S were all dreading what was coming next for them.
"Maybe we should look at reality, Mom, Dad is most likely dead! He's dead!" Mel tells her mother for the first time since this all began. She was ripping the bandage off. "You've done everything to keep us safe, but I don't know if DC is the best." Everyone looks uncomfortable by the topic.
"Don't, don't say that Melanie." Anastasia says.
"You're doing everything you can to hold on, and I get that. But just maybe we should give up this absurd dream of finding dad alive. Because he is mostly likely dead" Mel says with teary eyes. "I love him, a lot mom. I do. But I won't go, not if it ends up with people I love getting killed, I don't want anymore people to die." She adds.
"I think my mom is dead." Bella says wiping away tears.
"What kind of fucked up family therapy is this?" Frank asks them.
"Language, Francis." Anastasia looks at her son.
"We should go back to the group Mom. Tell them that this was a lie." Maddy says speaking up "What if he is really dead? Aunt Mavis is dead, Aunt Rosa is presumed dead." She adds.
"I think dad is dead, I think my dad is dead." Mel says realizing how she felt.
"Shut up! He's not dead! Luke Watson isn't dead until Mom says he is! Until she sees his body or she finds uncle Daniel or uncle Calum or tio Jose! And they say he is dead and show us where's he's buried!" Val snaps at her sisters. "How can you possibly say and think our dad is dead? He is Lucas Theodore Watson! He was raised by Admiral Henry Alexander Watson." She says and everyone stays quiet.
"Your father is alive." Anastasia says. "We're going back to our group, and we're going to regroup. My only concern right now is all of getting to safety." Anastasia says. "End of discussion." She says in a cold voice. Her kids only nods. Glenn swallows, he was a little scared of Anastasia now.
OUTSIDE CHURCH, THE WALKERS SNARL AND BANG ON THE DOOR, THEY PUSH ON THE doors taking down a board. Abraham drives them straight to the church, the fire truck blocks the entrance of the church. He turns off the vehicle. Everyone gets off, being able to stretch their legs.
Maggie and Mihconne hug, "You okay?" Maggie asks. Anastasia hugs Michonne. They all hug and greet each other.
Michonne says, "Yeah. You're back."
Glenn say, "Eugene lied. He can't stop it. Washington isn't the end." Glenn looks around the places.
"Where is everybody?" Joaquin asks not seeing the rest of the group.
