ASH AND JOAQUIN DECIDED THAT SHE WOULD ACCOMPANY THE GROUP TO SCOUT NOAH'S home and he'd stay behinds with Anastasia and the kids.

Tyreese is driving, Noah is passenger seat, Rick and Michonne sit the the middle seat, Glenn and her sit all they way in the back Glenn was playing with a cd and sunlight.

Rick asks Noah, "How far out?"

Noah says, "Five miles."

Rick radio's over, "Hey, Carol."

Carol says, "I'm here."

Rick says into the walkie, "We're halfway there. Just wanted to check the range."

Carol radio's over, "Everybody's holding tight. We've made it 500 miles. Maybe this can be the easy part."

Rick radio's over, "Got to think we're due. Give us 20 minutes to check in."

Carol radio says, "We don't hear from you, we'll come looking."

Rick radio overs, "Copy that."'

Noah says, "I've been wanting to tell you something."'

Tyreese asks, "What's that?"

Noah says, "The trade. It was the right play. It worked. It did work. Just something else happened after." The car was pretty much silent before Rick asked if they were almost there.

Tyreese says, "It went the way it had to. The way it was always going to."

Noah admits to him, "I never wanted to kill anybody before."

Tyreese says, "I've wanted that. But it just made it so I didn't see anything except what I wanted. I wasn't facing it."

Glenn plays with a disk, and the sunlight reflect on it hitting Ash in the face. She shuts her eyes quickly and Glenn sends her an apoplectic looks, she gives him a small smile, letting him know it's okay.

Noah asks, "Facing what?"

Tyreese says, "What happened, what's going on.
My dad always told Sasha and me that it was our duty as citizens of the world to keep up with the news. When I was little and I was in his car, there were always those stories on the radio." Ash looks out the window as see drive by an old barn, "Something happens 1,000 miles away or down the block. Some kind of horror I couldn't even wrap my head around. But he didn't change the channel. He didn't turn it off. He just kept listening. To face it. Keeping your eyes open. My dad always called that paying the high cost of living." She listens in to Tyresse and Noah's conversation.

Noah says, "I lost my dad in Atlanta. I think he would have liked yours. Still got a mom and a couple of twin brothers. I hope." The hope in his voice reminded her of the hope her sister once had, she was losing that as time went on.

Tyreese says, "I hope so, too."'

Noah says, "Two more miles."'

Rick says, "All right. Let's pull into the woods. We'll go on foot. Stay off the road."
