Donatello, I Can't

Chapter 3

  I have been with Donny for about two weeks now. He is sweet and so gentle. I love him. We have yet to actually say it though. I sat at my desk all serious.

  I laughed when Donny sat in front of my desk in the chair and pretended to be nervous and laughed, " So! You want to work at a comic book store? Well. You came to the right place. You get dental and health coverage. Although I am sure you are able to help yourself on those fronts. hehehe. Do you love comic books? Are you good at organizing? How smart are you? And for your final question, what do you think of fairies with long borwn hair with white natural streaks?"

  He kept a straight fface, " I do want to work here. Like the medicl and dental even though I got it covered. I love comic books, I am good at organizing, and I am smarter than anyone who will come through those doors other than you. As for the final question....." I leaned closer, " I prefer brunets and the white makes her to be the most beautiful fairy I ever saw, Lillian."

  I froze, " How the heck did you know my full name?"

  He smiled, " That isn't your full name. This is. Lillian Elizabeth Taylor Cathline Rose Fay." He smirked and answered my questioning glance, " I looked you up to impress you."

  I shook my head and laughed, " Like you needed that to impress me, but damn that sure did impress me."

  He smiled and got up. He came around my desk and I got up. My wings twittered and he laughed. I put them down so they wouldn't . He frowned, " I like it when your wings twittter. Espacially when I get closer to you." He picked them up with his hand. I fluttered them and giggled. Donny laughed and put his hands on my hips.

  I looked up into his reddish eyes and he leaned down. I arched my back a bit and he pressed his lips to mine. About two minutes later, I pulled away. He looked lonely.

  I chuckled, " Don't look so lonely, we have a comic book store to run."

  I tried to fly over my desk. He grabbed my wrist. I winced because the weren't fully healed yet. He winced and walked around the desk. He pulled me down gently and put his left arm around my waist. We headed out the office like that. I froze in my place when I looked at the door and saw, her.
