I woke up and found Donny with his arms wrapped around me. I looked around. We were in my bed. He was supposed to be on the couch because for the past two months, he has refused to leave me alone for too long. He said I have nightmares and end up screaming. He usually is able to go back to bed. I wonder how bad I was this time.

I shifted and I felt him jump a bit, " Sorry Lilly. You got so bad that when I tried to leave you cried." He got up, " Want me to make you some coffee?"

I stretched my wings, " Sure."

He smiled and went to the kitchen. I quickly changed in my bathroom and came out to see him sitting on the couch, " I have been meaning to ask, how did you hide from humans before?"

I forgot to tell him, I blushed and turned around, " This."

I concentrated and felt my wings slide back into my skin. It made me shiver, " I don't do it anymore because it feels weird."

He smiled, " Just wondering."

I turned around and frowned, " So. The scientist isn't wanting to run tests?"

He said simply with a smile, " Nope!"

I was shocked, " Why not?"

He chuckled. He got up and came close to me. He put his hands on my hips and looked down into my eyes. " Because I have accepted the fact that the fairy I love is a mystery never to be solved."

I smiled, " And I have fallen in love with the most handsome turtle ever."

He let his face drop, " You fell in love with someone else?"

I rolled my eyes, " No! It's you silly!"

He smiled and kissed me gently before guiding me to the couch. We watched the DIY network for hours. I yawned and got up. I grabbed Donny's hand and turned off the t.v. I dragged him towards my room. He hesitated, " What are you doing Lilly?"

I frowned, " Well, more than likely, you'll end up in here anyways. So just come to bed with me. Just cuddle."

He gulped and nodded. He layed down next to me in my bed. I snuggled up to him. He had other plans. He turned me around to face his chest while putting both of his arms around my waist. He kissed my nose and then allowed me to turn around. We wrapped our legs together. His right leg was on the top. He held me close and whispered in my ear before I fell asleep, " I love you. Goodnight my precious flower." I smiled and closed my eyes as I snuggled closer with his chin on my head.
