Mario: [The screen shows Mario sleeping in the Toadtown Municipal Impound that morning as he starts to regain consciousness.] [Mario sighs] Oh, boy. Oh... Where am I?

???: Morning, sleeping, beauty! [Mario screams the screen then shows from Mario's point of view as he wakes up. We see man who was roughly taller, yet younger than our hero, outside the impound gate. The man chuckling.] Boy, I was wondering when you was gonna wake up!

Mario: Take whatever you want! Just don't hurt me! [Mario tries to reverse, then he felt a bump and heard a thud. He notices a parking boot on his tire, which it moves ahead as his tire was moving backwards.] The parking boot? Why do I have a parking boot on? [The screen zooms out to show our heroes in the impound.] What's going on here?! Please!

???: [Mario tries to push the parking boot back, but it wouldn't go underneath his tire. The young man chuckles] You're funny, I like you already. I haven't seen you this funny in years, Mario!

Mario then stopped, and looked up to the man.

Mario: Do I know you from somewhere?

Luigi: Mario, how could you ever forget? It's me, Luigi, your brother.

Mario was in shock!

Mario: Luigi, is that really you?!

Luigi: Of course it is, Mario! I haven't seen you since you and dad left!

Mario: Me too, Luigi! Look, as much as I want to have a reunion with you. I've got to Mario Circuit pronto! Where am I?

Luigi: Where are you?! Shoot! You're in Toadtown! The cutest little town in the Mushroom Kingdom. [looks around to see a few old buildings]

Mario: Oh, great. Just great!

Luigi: Well, if you think that's great, you should see the rest of the town!

Mario: You know? I'd love to see the rest of the town! So if you could just open the gate, take this boot off, you and me, we go cruising, check out the local scene---

Luigi: : Dad-gum! [gets ready to press the button for the gate]

Mario: How'd that be, Weegee? [about to press the button]

Luigi: Cool!

Waluigi: LUIGI! [Luigi then stops, and reverses as Waluigi arrives. Mario then frown and some members of then feel sorry for Luigi while some of them look confused.] What did I tell you about talkin' to the accused?!

Luigi: To not to.

Waluigi: : [presses the button to open the gate] Well, quit yer yappin' and tow this delinquent road hazard to traffic court.

Luigi: [Mater whispering to McQueen's] Well, we'll talk later, brother. [chuckles as he gets behind Mario, he then screams. Luigi uses his tow hook to grab Mario's kart undercarriage]
