A figure stood in an empty void then the only thing that seemed to be there was light. There was no ground for him to stand on, no sky to look to, no bodies of water could be seen anywhere. He was the only thing that existed in that void. After what seemed like a while, a portal opened and a tall figure who wore a dark grey cloak stepped out and raised his hand upwards. He proceeded to snap his fingers and as soon as he did so, the portal vanished in thin air. The cloaked figure then turned towards the other and approached them. "I apologize for the tardiness, I have to deal with," The cloaked figure paused, tilting his head downwards then looked back at up at the other figure "Some unfinished business." The other figure nodded. "Well it's about you've shown up Grim, I was starting to think you forgot about our little meeting." "My memory is far greater than humans, old friend," The figure presumed as Grim replied as he pulled down his hood to reveal himself. His skin was pale white however his hair, along with his eyes, was as black as the night sky could be. The other figure laughed for a bit. "I guess you're not there, anyway how's your little reaper doing? Is she still alive?" "Surprisingly she is," Grim crossed his arms staring at the other figure. "I'm guessing you wanted to talk to me about her?" The other figure chuckled, "You know me too well." Grim narrowed his brow. "What are you intending on Wynfor? You know the last time you asked something about my reapers, they got killed." The figure presumed as Wynfor smiled. "Oh trust me it's not going to be like last time. Besides the current reaper is doing exceptionally better than the last one so I have an idea on how to test her." "And what may that be?" Wynfor raised both of his arms at an almost perfect 90-degree angle. "Why send her to my realm of course! It would be an efficient way to test her survival skills and luck. If she can pass then it will prove that she is a worthy apprentice for you Grim. Don't you think?" Grim looked down, contemplating about what Wynfor said for a moment but then looked back up at him. "When you think about it, it's not such a bad idea actually, though the question is how do we get her to your realm?" A smile appeared on Wynfor's face. "I already thought of that so you don't need to worry" Grim nodded and then made eye contact with Wynfor. "You better know what you're doing though I expect that you always do." As he said this, he pulled his hood and turned away from Wynfor as he raised his hand before snapping his fingers causing a portal to open in front of him. He entered the portal and as soon as he did, the portal faded. As soon as the portal faded away, a young boy, who looked to be around the age of 18, appeared behind Wynfor. "So you want me to bring her here?" The boy asked tilting his head to the side. Wynfor turned to face the boy. "Yes, bring her here and then we can decide where to drop her off." The boy nodded and then disappeared into thin air, leaving Wynfor alone in the void once more.
