i was watching demon slayer with my friends while writing this so if it don't make sense it's because i was trying my best to multitask

several years later they were now in college with their other friends. along the years of high school, hoseok and yoongi started developing feelings for each other but neither decided to actually believe in what their heart was telling them, therefore they never confessed nor did they confront one another about it but all their friends could see they liked each other. as time went on hoseok began to not be able to ignore his feelings for yoongi and when doing so he noticed that yoongi as well liked him back which was also confirmed by his other friends. the only thing was that yoongi would never admit to having feelings for the boy to him and would much rather only tell their friends he was close with. afraid of rejection, yoongi never took a chance with confessing to hoseok so instead he would accept anyone who confessed to him even though he never liked them back in order to quite possibly get over the boy named jung hoseok.

yoongi had just broken up with a boy that had recently asked him out and it was simply because he didn't want the other in a fully grown onesided relationship which was the same reason for multiple other breakups. yoongi was once again on the "market" for any girl or boy that possibly wanted to ask him out. everyone knew how yoongi was like and though people would say he has the tendencies of a playboy, he simply wasn't and anyone who dated him could say the same. he didn't have "flings" with them. hell he hasn't even lost his damn virginity.

it was now eight thirty in the morning and hoseoks alarm went off, causing the boy to spring up in his bed in fear but soon realizing it was just his alarm signaling it was time for him to get ready for classes. hoseok soon started getting dressed into a some dark grey sweatpants, a long sleeved grey shirt and matched with a light grey/brownish oversized hoodie since he had normal classes then had dance class. hoseok was known to be one of the best dancers in the class and many inspired to be just as good as him along with wanting to be as good as jimin. there was no denying that the two best friends were probably the most skilled dancers even within the two different styles of dance they pursuit.

once hoseok was ready, he ran out of his room and into the main area of the dorm that he shared with namjoon, already seeing the said boy in the little kitchen area where the counter and microwave was at. "good morning joonie! are you ready for classes?" hoseok questioned namjoon as he tilted his head a bit to the side and looking at the younger by a few months.

"yes of course i am~ i'm always ready" namjoon showed hoseok his dimples as he picked up a pop tart. "do you want it? i already ate mine and figured you would be hungry so yeah-" namjoon awkwardly asked as he rubbed the back of his neck. hoseok giggled at how adorable namjoon could be and nodded, grabbing the pop tart from namjoons hands and starting to eat away at it. "i heard that yoongi broke up with the one dude he was dating, i'm going to suspect that he came to you about it last night right before he did it." hoseok stopped eating as he looked at namjoon, letting out a small sigh.

"yeah he did.. i really wish he would just stop going around and dating whoever asks him out. i understand he doesn't want rejection but he needs to realize his feelings for me, that i'm the one for him. i'll continue to be there for him i guess but i'm getting tired of always hearing him complain that he hasn't found the right person." hoseok ranted to namjoon.

"mhm i can understand that. maybe try making moves with him? you know like playing with his heart, making him realize you like him and he likes you?" namjoon advised hoseok, causing the older to smile. he then pulled namjoon into a tight hug and giggled.

"that's perfect joonie!!! thank you! but i'll make sure to do that when he's not with someone cause even if i know he's going to break up with them, it's not fair or right to do." hoseok gave a peck to joons cheek then grabbed his hand, pulling him out of the dorm room and out into the hallway. everyone in the hallways only saw a taller boy with dimples being dragged away by another boy who was like a sun with a bright smile on his face. dear god- this boy really loves dragging people instead of letting them walk. namjoon thought as hoseok continued to drag him until they got to their english class a few minutes early.

when they got there, they saw yoongi but he had a girl standing next to him with a nervous look. hoseok skipped over to his seat next to yoongi and gave him a smile as well as a wave. yoongi only nodded at hoseoks warming way of saying good morning. the girl soon spoke up, catching yoongis attention. hoseok sighed as he knew what was about to happen. the girl was going to confess and of course yoongi was going to accept the girls confession and date her then after about ten days will break up with her. as if hoseok was a fortune teller, the girl soon confessed to yoongi and of course he accepted. afterwards the girl wouldn't stop clinging herself to yoongi which everyone knew that the said boy HATED being touched and physical affection from anyone other then his close friends which was more specifically meaning hoseok. the whole day also consisted of constant scoffs and eye rolls as hoseok watched the two in disgust. my fucking god, there is a thing called personal space and that girl should really learn about it. hoseok thought as his annoyance was clearly evident.

everyone in the friend group noticed how hoseoks mood changed after he saw how the girl was clinging to yoongi but all decided not to bring it up and instead let hoseok just randomly bring it up himself and rant about it. of course because yoongi always was hanging out with them, hoseok couldnt rant it out at school and rather saved all his anger until after school where he could actually text it out to the group chat in which contained his friend group other then yoongi.
