Okay, so this is Ana Enoshima, lil sis of Junko. The sad fact here is that the Warriors of Hope treat her like Junko as a coping mechanism. This also makes her sad owo. She has a weird attachment to Nagisa, like a brother type of thing. And by the end of the story she goes batshit insane.
Junko also treated her like a normal sister, because bullying a child is fucked up.
