Amity was fixated with Eda's story for an explanation.

Yanking her gaze over her shoulder and towards the twins, she said, "We gotta get that crown back."

The twins sighed and pulled Amity away from Eda and King.

"Could you give us a moment, please?" Emira asked with a smile.

Eda shrugged and walked off to the kitchen with King trailing beside her.

Amity raised a brow when the twins suddenly knelt on one knee in front of her.

"Look, I know you're into fantasy and stuff but... This is still real life Amity, you could get hurt..!" Emira said before continuing with, "I'm the fun one just like you but I know boundaries when I see one and this is one of it, alright?"

Amity shrugged.

"It's more fun that way though, the danger is everywhere and that's how I like my adventures with you two." She said.

"No, Amity, this one is way more dangerous than our occasional mishaps around our city homes. We've just fraternized with a 'criminal' here and we don't know if we can go home after we help her commit a heist with her." Edric said.

Amity flicked both of them in the forehead.

"Have you two lost your minds??" She asked.

The twins were confused.

Amity frowned and asked, "where's the big brother and big sister that I know? The fun ones? The ones I always hang out with every day when I'm lonely and sad?"

It caught the twins a little off guard. It hit them hard to squeeze their heart.

"Aww... Amity." Emira wheezed holding a tear.

Amity stuck her tongue out.

"That was so... Touching." Edric faked a cry.

"You two can be boring to other's that's for sure but you two are always fun to be with. Especially whenever you two would take me to either the beach or the mall when mom and dad can't." Amity laughed.

The twins were dying now.

"Come here, you..." They said while gently pulling Amity into a group hug.

"Ok, we'll help," Edric said.

"Yeah, we'll help with this mission impossible thing." Emira added.

Amity sniggered.

'These fools.' she thought before saying, "well, let's go help them then."

"Oh, you three done private talking??" Eda asked.

Amity raised a thumb of approval.

Eda grinned before saying, "Alright then, let's go take back the Demon King's crown!"

"Yeah! Let's do it!" Amity cheered.

King sighed.

"She does this almost every day."

He spoke in unison with the twins. The three were caught off guard in surprise.

The twins and King stared at one another with squinted eyes before turning their attention back to Eda and Amity who ran out of the door.

"Hey! Wait for us!!" Edric yelled as he rushed with the others out the door.

Amity laughed as she and Eda just stood out in the snow waiting for them.

"Alright, hurry it up you three. We can't just wait around expecting King's crown to magically appear in my hands here." Eda said while waving at them.

Edric breathed in the cold air, patting his shoulders as he followed the others.
