After they escaped it out of the market, Eda took in the cold air before saying, "now!"

The three glanced over to her by the sudden word.

"Which one of you is the youngest?" Eda asked.

Amity raised a hand.

"Who's the oldest?" Eda continued.

Emira and Amity pointed at Edric.

"Uh-huh... Well, then, it's nice to meet you three, what did you say your names were again??" Eda said while reaching a hand over.

Amity shook it and it immediately popped out of its sockets.

The twins shrieked in fright.

"Cool." Amity was in awe.

Eda laughed and grabbed her decapitated hand back.

"Sorry, happens all the time." She shrugged.

"Not cool!" Edric yelled pulling Amity close to him.

"Anyway, your names, please??" Eda huffed.

"And why should we tell you!?" Emira asked.

"Because she saved us, gotta be thankful here for our great savior now." Amity said, patting Emira's shoulder before continuing with, "my name's Amity, this is my older sister Emira and this is my older brother Edric, they're twins if you couldn't tell."

Eda smiled.

"Glad to meet you three." She said.

"So... When can we go back..?" Edric muttered while looked around them.

There was nothing but snow covering everywhere.

Eda pointed her staff at them, the twins shrieked in surprise with Amity not looking amused.

Eda smiled wider.

"Not until you three help me with a little something first!" She exclaimed.

"Why of course, mam! We'll help you!" Amity charmed back.

That made Eda laugh.

"Ok, then, humans! Follow me!" She yelled before leading the way through the snowy forest.

Emira huffed, her breath clear in front of her as she rubbed her hands together and tucked them inside her jacket.

"Man, it's cold..." She mumbled while walking close beside Amity.

"True." Amity shrugged while pulling the hood lower over her head.

"Why are we following a lady who has one eye and a golden fang again?" Emira whispered.

"Because... She helped us?" Amity wondered before stopping when Eda stopped in her tracks.

"We're here." Eda said while pointing in front of her.

"Woah!!! What a big house!" Amity commented, staring at the large house that had a cozy vibe, smoke was coming out of what she can presume was the chimney.

Eda chuckled and led them towards the front door.

"Is this where you live?" Edric asked.

Eda nodded.

"It's not much but it's cozy so feel free to be at home while you're at it." She said before knocking on the door.

Hooty awoke from his nap and opened it for them.

"Don't leave your sack of stuff in the hallway again, hoot." He said.

The twins were wide-eyed in shock.

"Did that thing just talk!??" They yelled in unison while pointing fingers at it.

"Careful, it moved its mouth, it can bite." Amity teased, making the twins pull their hands to themselves.

Eda laughed.

"This is Hooty, he might always seem annoyed with everything but he's got a soft spot and he's also a good home security." She said before snapping her fingers, causing the lights to turn on inside the place while continuing with, "and welcome to the Owl Manor! I live here so don't start bickering that I might've stolen this, I made this with my own magic."
