Thingamajig walked through the busy city streets of Masked City with his adopted parents Monster and Miss Monster,holding their claws tightly since his anxiety was hard to control. "W-where are we going?" He asked with a small stutter in his shy voice. "Just going to meet up with your friends of course." Miss Monster replied with a simple smile,her one eye glimmered with happiness and full of hope which made the gentle giant smile back at her with a small smile on his green furry face,making Monster smile along too. "Look there they are!" He pointed out, Butterfly, Fox, Rabbit,Panda and the rest of the gang waved at them and ran towards him to hug him tightly. "Hiya Thingamajig!" Butterfly said happily as her grip on the gentle giant tightened impressively. "Kon'nichiwa, monsutā fusai." Panda greeted kindly, hugging Thingamajig softly and rubbed his back soothingly to make him better. His green fur fluffed up adorable and he hid his face in his paws as he uttered an adorable squeak. The kind hugs came to a halt as a loud crash was heard from the far side of the city,a loud explosion followed shortly after that,items flying everywhere which landed in front of the gentle giant's furry feet. Thingamajig picked up one of the many items but his breathing quickened and his eyes widened,he threw the item to the floor after realising it was a bottle of pills. "Dō shita no?" Panda questioned curiously as Thingamajig felt tears welling up in his eyes,a loud scream emitted from him followed by him violently pulling at his green fur. He ran away down the path as he continued screaming and crying loudly,the pills having triggered a horrible flashback from his childhood of his biological parents and siblings. "Oh no...we've gotta find him!" Mushroom said with worry as the entirety of the group scattered all over the city to look for Thingamajig.

Gremlin ran down one of the filthy alleyways of the city in hopes to find the gentle giant but had no luck so he continued cl searching for him, Seahorse,Monster and Miss Monster also searched through the park near the prettiest cherry tree that Panda would always sit under but weren't successful in finding the gentle giant either. "We have to find out baby!" Miss Monster panicked as she had become so frantic that Monster had to try and attempt to calm her down. Baby Alien floated through the old run down side of the city near an abandoned fast food restaurant and he immediately heard sobbing,making him a lot more relieved as Thingamajig sat on the ground,knees hugged tightly to his chest, blood seeping down his head as he had been violently yanking at his green fur in shear despair and loneliness. "I found you." Baby Alien said, making his way towards the sobbing creature and throwing himself into Thingamajig's arms. "W-why?" He croaked in a scratchy voice, cradling the little infant in his arms. "We are all very worried about you...mainly Miss Monster and Monster are worried about you." Baby Alien said with a sad face, gently cupping Thingamajig's cheeks.

The rest of the masks eventually found where he was hiding,the Monster couple rushed towards their adopted son who was hugging Baby Alien to his chest tightly,crying immensely after having told the infant about his heartbreaking backstory that involved the death of his siblings and his parents,including how his parents used to financially struggle when he was a baby. "My baby!" Miss Monster sobbed,pulling them both into her furry arms which made Thingamajig cry even harder than she was.
