"Brice, Savana's therapist is here." KK tells him after he gets a notification from the gate guards.

"Good, have him come on in here." Brice says starting to stand up.

"Brice, I don't know what exactly you said to Savana, but she's planning on leaving just as soon as it's safe enough for her to do so. I also wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't spend much time with you until then. So if your intention had been to put space between you, I would say your words worked. Because of that she may no longer wish to have you with her when she talks or has her session with her therapist." KK cautions him before going to wait for the doctor in the main hall.

KK's words shock Brice. He hadn't realized that Savana had taken his words so harshly. He had felt her pull back and had been pleased by it, but he doesn't want her to leave. "I see," Brice says thoughtfully. He doesn't know what he said that made her feel like she wasn't wanted. She's like a breath of fresh air around there and he rather likes her being there. His men, for the most part have welcomed and are very protective of her.

"Have the men been bothering her some more?" Brice says more than a little upset.

KK shakes his head. "No, she thinks that she's being very selfish. She thinks that she's keeping you from your life. She thinks that is poor repayment for everything you've done for her so far. She doesn't want to interfere with your life even more. She said that staying in your bed will do so. That it's selfish of her. That's all, you'll need to talk to her about it, and I suggest you do it soon. The FBI agent has requested to see you about the same time as this therapist will be leaving. She might feel it in your better interest to leave here." Brice turns white at his words.

Should Savana leave before the sheriff is neutralized then there is every chance that she will be taken once more. If she is taken again there is every chance that this time she will be lost and never be found again.

"Shit." He never meant his words to make her feel unwanted. He can't think of anything that he said that would give her that impression.

"Have the therapist come in and make himself comfortable. I'll do my best to fix this mess before we come down. Let him know that I'll pay him extra for his trouble." Brice says as he makes his way out the door. How the hell is he going to fix this?

He goes to his room and doesn't see her. He knocks on her door and waits for an answer. When she doesn't open he tries the door. "Savana, your therapist is here." Brice tells her through the door. When that doesn't work he curses under his breath. He unlocks the door. He'd hoped to never have to do that. It won't help her feeling like she has any privacy or protection.

He finds her asleep on her bed and it looks like she'd been crying. He hopes that she was mourning her family and those tears weren't because of him. He goes to her and gently strokes her hair. "Savana, your therapist is here now. It's time to wake up." The bed seems to be calling to him to join her on it, but there is no time now.

"Savana, you need to wake up." Brice tells her with a little more force and gives her a little shake. "I hate to wake you up, but your therapist is here now."

Savana wakes up and is a bit disoriented. She sees Brice and gives him a slight smile, before she remembers his words. As soon as she does she tries to roll away from him, but he catches her shoulders and stops her. "I'm sorry, Savana. My words earlier made you feel like this isn't your home for as long as you wish. Would you please tell me what I said that made you feel like that? I never meant to make you feel like that. If you tell me what it was I said then I won't say those words again."

Savana looks at him and then looks for her iPad. Finding it she writes as fast as she can. "You just said the truth. I realized just how selfish I've been. I'm keeping you from your life.  I'm so clingy that you can't get your work done. If I'm sharing your bed you can't sleep or bring your female companions over. I'm keeping you from your life.
