"Mommy! Daddy! Wake up!"
I opened my eyes and then I saw Yvo. Lumulundag-lundag siya sa kama. I heard Rhys soft groans while he pulled me closer to him.
"Wake up! Wake up!"
"Yvo, stop jumping baka mahulog ka." I told him. He immediately obliged. He sat near us.
"What time is it?" I looked at the side table. It's 6 o'clock in the morning.
"You must be hungry." He nodded.
"What do you want me to cook?" I asked him.
"I want pancakes, and waffles! And uhm..." Nag-iisip pa siya kung ano pa ang nais niyang ipaluto sa akin.
"And some cookies, and a glass of milk, mommy!" Pumapalakpak pa siya pagkatapos niya sabihin iyon.
"Okay, baby. Mommy will cook all of it for you."
Inalis ko ang nakapulupot na kamay ni Rhys sa bewang ko. Good thing, after what happened last night Rhys was able to dressed me before we went to sleep.
"Where are you going?" Rhys asked while his eyes are closed. I can hear his morning voice. Soft and husky.
"Ipagluluto ko si Yvo, nagugutom na." I told him.
He let go of me. He opened his eyes.
"Good morning, kiddo" he greeted Yvo.
"Come here." He told Yvo. Mabilis na kumilos si Yvo papunta sa kanya.
Pumunta agad ako sa banyo para maghilamos at mag-ayos ng sarili bago bumaba at magluto ng breakfast namin.
"Is it done, daddy?" Yvo asked Rhys.
"In a sec, kiddo." He replied.
"Yey! Lemme try it also."
Kakatapos ko lang lutuin ang ini-request ni Yvo nang magsimula naman gumawa ng sandwiches si Rhys. After he finished making sandwiches, we started eating our breakfast.
Pagkatapos ng aming breakfast ay agad akong naligo at nagbihis. Ihahatid kasi namin ni Rhys si Yvo sa lola at lolo niya.
Ihinatid namin siya sa mga magulang ni Rhys. Tuwang-tuwa naman sila nung makita nila si Yvo. Nagkaroon pa kami ng kaunting pag-uusap bago kami pumunta ni Rhys sa companya niya. He introduced me to his employees.
Abala siya sa pakikipag-usap sa harap ng laptop niya. Nandito kami ngayon sa loob ng opisina niya. Bigla siyang tumigil para lingunin ako.
"Are you hungry? Want me to order some foods for us?" He asked me.
"Ako na. Bababa na lang ako sa cafeteria." I told him.
"Are you sure?"
I nodded at him. He gestured me to wait because he was talking to someone again on the phone. I patiently waited for him to finish his business transaction with someone on the phone.
After the phone call, he immediately stand up and went to the couch were I was sitting. Tumayo na ako para pumunta sa cafeteria.
"What do you want to eat?" I asked him.
"Anything will do." He wrapped his arms around me.
"Okay." I answered him.
"Samahan na kita?" He asked me.
"Huwag na. Hindi naman ako maliligaw dito."
He chuckled.
