It's been a week since my accident. The investigations and presecutor's decision was still not done. The taxi driver forgave me already, he also admitted his shortcomings.
He said that the car passers headlight was too bright and high the reason why we both didn't saw our arriving.
In short we both agreed not to file any legal action about the incident and we just waited the court decision on how much was my penalty.
The taxi driver's company offered me to let them take the responsibility of the expenses of my car's damage but I didn't accepted it.
Earlier my manager dropped all the presents and letters from my supporters who was really worried about my health. Knowing that I was injured or something.
