I grabbed my bag and my mask and put it on I decided I wasn't in a rush to get back to the tower and I was just gonna walk it was only 2 miles away anyway
***time skip***
I arrived at the tower it was now 4:00 am in the morning and I walked in trying to not make a sound but as I walked in the lights turned on "Emma what happened" I didn't have to look up to know that it was Stark I just kept walking look at my feet stopping at the cabinet to grab some chips then going to my room but that's not exactly how it went
I walked to the cabinet and he grabbed my arm to let me face him I still didn't lift my head up "it was raining outside were I was that's why I'm wet" I said my voice a little horse from probably screaming and crying "and I'm sorry that I stayed up late I won't do it again" I added
But I didn't expect him to hug me but he did (this is like a father daughter thing) I immediately hugged back feeling as though I've never hugged anyone before when I let the tears fall down again "I'm so sorry I just got caught up in time"I cried
"It's okay Emma I'm just glad your safe but what happened you have to tell me" he says I gulp
"They left me they moved out of the house 2 months ago and left me"
"I'm so sorry Emma,you should go get some sleep" I nodded without saying a word and walked to my room but before I went to the elevator low and behold the famous Peter Parker standing there witnessed the whole thing he looked at me and a tear rolled down my face he looked guilty but I didn't care I'm not going to care anymore I'm done so done
I walked to my room and took a shower and fell to sleep in seconds
