Sahi chal rahe the iss zindagi ki saafar mein

Bas tumpar naazar padi aur hum gumrah ho gaaye

" You will come back to me by yourself. " Aryan stated.

" Never! I will never come back to you! " Kai screamed.

|| LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA ||

Kainaat's eyes flung open as she woke up from her sleep. Same dream or nightmare, every single night. This mere conversation between the two of them has been wandering in her mind for the past three months.

Sighing she looked outside her window.

5:07 am, her cell phone notified.

The sun has started to rise. Another new day, another new opportunity to fix the miseries and problems that she created. Fidgeting her fingers together, she finally got a hold of her cell phone and went to the contact list.

" Should I call him? I mean a call wouldn't hurt anybody right? No, maybe a text sounds more preferable. " Kai muttered to herself.

" Call him. Text is so teenager romantics, call him. You know you want to hear his voice and I'm pretty sure he does as well! " Setu said as she then went outside for her morning jog.

" Okay. Here we go! " Kai whispered and clicked on the "call" sign.

|| MUMBAI ||

Aryan sighed as he drove back to Mannat. The reporters following him everywhere now started pissing him off. As if, gently asking for some sense of privacy is a crime. He is well aware that this publicity is needed for his social standards and his career. Still, all he wants is some sense of tranquility and solidity in his life. For now, at least!

Weirdly or not he craves Stability!

His father got married before even starting his own career, his mother stayed like constant support, shielding him and the whole family. No matter how strange it sounds, at this point, he kind of craves it. Someone who would provide him a shoulder to lean on during the dark days, someone who would motivate and encourage him to do good, someone who wouldn't be there just because he contains the "Khan" surname, someone who wouldn't get scared to fight with the whole world only for him, someone who would be his; exclusively.

Someone who would make him feel at home. This entertainment field can pressurize one's mental health, and always providing chart-topping contents is not possible. It can make one feel less of themself. Moreover, he is just starting, he didn't want his father's name or fame to overshadow his talent.

Kainaat. He just needs her by his side. In a short span of time, she without even knowing made such an irreplaceable spot in his life and heart. It's like she's some kind of Addiction, that he is not able to overcome!

 However, he will wait. He has the utmost belief and confidence in his Love, that she will come back to him.

No matter how cliche it sounds, he craved it. He craved her!

Hence, entering his room his caller tune rang. He immediately gleamed up with happiness seeing the name of the caller.

" KBear <3 " calling.

< THE CONVERSATION >

Kai - Hello. What's up?

Ary - Hey! Kainaat. God! I'm so glad you called. How have you been?

Kai - I'm doing fine. How's your work?

Ary - It's hectic, I'm just starting out so, gathering as much knowledge as possible.

Kai - Oh, it's good then. I thought of.....umm nothing. How's your family?

Ary - Everyone's doing alright Kai. Well, why did you call? (smirked face)

Kai - I just simply wanted to know how you're doing and that's it. You are my friend so I just simply called you.

Ary - I miss you. I really do.

Kai - I miss you too. (in a small voice)

Kai - Okay that's it. I guess I got to know about your good beingness, so now bye!

Ary - Come to me Kainaat, please. (in a pleading voice)

Kai - Aryan, please!

Saying this she hanged up as tears streamed down her face.
