CHAPTER 7

Jisoo got ready and put on her outfit. Closed the door behind her and rushed to the gate. Jisoo saw Taehyung waiting for her "Hey Taehyung, sorry I'm late"

"You're not late actually. Just in time!"

While they were walking, Jisoo asked "So..where are we going?"

"You'll see" Taehyung winked at her making her blushed so she quickly looked at the other side. Taehyung chuckled "You blushed didn't you?" He said smirking. "No, I did not."

"Yes you were~" he ruffled her hair "Heyy don't ruin my hair!" Jisoo grabbed Taehyung's hand, stopping him. Taehyung looked at his hand which Jisoo was holding and grinned. Jisoo noticed it and let go of his hand. "Why did you let go?"

"I..don't know."

They continued chatting about random stuff and finally arrived at their destination. "A funfair?" Jisoo looked at Taehyung and he nodded. Jisoo suddenly hugged him "Thank you for bringing me here! I haven't been here since I was a child"

"You're welcome" Taehyung hugged her back then pulled away. He grabbed Jisoo's hand and showed her the funfair. "So, how did you know where all the places are?" Jisoo asked him. "It's my dad's" he answered. Jisoo made an 'O' shaped mouth (hope you understand what I'm trying to say lol)

"Which ride do you want to go first?"

"I don't really know. How about you choose"

Taehyung took his time to think and said "Oh I know! Let's go ride the roller coaster"

"R-roller coaster..?" Jisoo widened her eyes. "Why? Are you scared?" Taehyung asked, concerned. "Of course not-" Jisoo crossed her arms and continued "-why would I?"

"Scared of heights, maybe?" Jisoo quickly shook her head "Then what are we waiting for?" Taehyung showed his boxy smile and Jisoo melted

They waited in line like everyone else and it was finally their turn.

JISOO'S POV

Fuck, fuck, fuck.. was all I could say. Yes, I did lie to him but how could you not when he is so adorable?

"Jisoo?" I heard him calling me. I snapped out of my thoughts and gathered myself back. "H-hey..." That was all I could say? I'm such an embarrassment.

"You don't look good.. are you really sure you're okay?" I nodded instantly.

When it started moving my heart was beating so fast that the whole people in there could hear it.

We are at the tippy top and it's about to go down which is really bad, really really bad. I closed my eyes and screamed.

Finally! The ride is over! I got off quickly and fixed my clothing. Taehyung catches up to me and said "That was one crazy ride, wasn't it?"

"Surely it is"

"Would you like to ride more rides or play games? You can decide"

"I'm done with rides. I think we should play some games" he nodded in agreement. I decided to play the shooting game. One of my favourite, not going to lie. Taehyung paid the worker so I grabbed the toy gun and aimed it right at the balloon. I pulled the trigger and the bullet which was a small ball, hit the balloon and it popped. "Wow...Jisoo, you are really good at it" he complimented. I mouthed 'Thank you' to him and shot another balloon and it hit my target.

"You can pick any prize you'd like if you can hit the last balloon," the worker said. I calmed my posture and aimed it at the balloon. I was pretty nervous so I counted,

One...

Two...

Three...

I pulled the trigger and it hit it! I squealed and Taehyung was so shocked. I grabbed my prize and we sat on a bench. "Where did you learn all that? That was amazing!"

"My dad taught me how to use a gun when I was a kid. He said because it was to protect myself from all the danger" I sighed and looked at my palm. "Remind me not to mess with you, miss Jisoo Everdeen" we laughed.

Jisoo and Taehyung stood in front of the gate. They looked at each other and smiled. "Thank you for today, it was really amazing," Jisoo said. "That was all I could do when you comforted me"

Jisoo pulled him into a hug and surprisingly Jisoo thought he would pull away but he didn't. He wrapped his arms tightly around Jisoo. They stayed like that for a bit until one of them decided to pull away.

"Taehyung, do you want to watch some movies in my dorm?"

"Wouldn't Jennie be there?"

"Nope. She said she's staying at her mom's house tonight and since I'm going to be alone...I wouldn't mind having some company"

"Of course I'll come! I will go to your dorm once I have changed my clothes" he showed his boxy smile and it made Jisoo melt.
