Chapter 14: The Discussion

  We teleported back into the research room.

"I would like to know the whole story of the Shadows," the President said.

"I thought you know the story?" Sarah asked.

"I cut Alex from telling me the story as I did not want to hear any more of his story," he replied.

"Fine. The aliens that are about to invade Earth are known as Shnaks, they are able o transform into a snake, a big one to be exact. I heard rumors that there is one Shnak who is the only one who wields the power to transform into the Titanoboa," I said.

"Titanoboa, as in the largest snake in the world that has extincted?" a woman asked.

"Yes, but we are not sure who wields the power," Ivy replied.

"But, we have a suspicion," Valentina said.

I nodded, "We suspected that our mayor of this hidden city of ours, might be the Shnak who is able to transform himself into the Titanoboa."

"And what will happen if he does that?" a man asked.

"We are not sure yet, as it is extremely big," Jim said.

"I might have one solution," I said.

"Well, what is it?" Eric asked.

"I do not want to share the information with you," I replied.

"Well, what do you want us to do, since the Shadows will take care of the Titanoboa?" one of the crew member asked.

"Ther whole world should prepare military with the best weapon you have, not nuclear weapons," Ivy said.

"So far, according to military records, our strongest weapon is the Xenon-45. It is a gun capable of shooting multiple plasma at once," the President said as I sensed a "but".

"However?" I said.

"However," the President continued. "We only have 20 of those."

I sighed, giving my ideas of weapons to the government is hectic and dangerous. I have no choice.

"I'm going to give a blueprint of a weapon to the US and the UK," I said.

"Whoa, Mike. You sure?" Ivy asked.

"It's a risk I'm going to take," I replied.

"What is the blueprint about?" Eric asked.

I opened my palm and the blueprint was formed as a hologram. I put my other hand at the hologram and motion it towards the dashboard in front of me. The hologram came up.

"This, is the Y-93 Dracyo. A machine gun from the Shadows. It is capable of shooting dracyonium plasma-like bullets. Use this weapon wisely," I said.

"We will provide 30 of it to the US and the UK each. We will continue and build more and give it to you," Ivy said.

"We never thought to give our 2nd most powerful weapon in history to the world," Jack said.

"This is the only decision I can think of, to protect this world from the invasion," I said.

"Very well, we will also try to make it and you will put in the resources required to activate this machine gun," the President said. "I will give it to my trusted people."

"Thank you, Mr. President," I said.

Just after we finished talking, a guy came in from the door with six of his companions. Weird, isn't it. To see his companions just the same number as us. I looked towards him only to see a familiar face.
