After morning has arrived, he then exits the snow mountain and starts to enter a swampy marsh.

Mwanzo: "Seriously? A marsh out of all places, great. At least the marsh lights aren't that bad."

Much to his disgust and annoyance, he steps into the marsh. He takes a good amount of steps and accidentally steps on something sluggish.

Mwanzo: "Eeeeeewwwwww, what the heck are those?"

Suddenly he his surrounded with angry, little looking mongooses.

Pãgala: "Hey did you know what you just did?

Mwanzo: "No, enlighten me." he said clearly being uninterested

This only made the mongooses even more angry

Krud'dha: "Um, You just stepped on our snails, do you know how hard we worked to find those!

Mwanzo just rolled his eyes

Mwanzo: "Oh, so that what those were, well does it look like I care? You can just  find some more. Now leave me alone you aren't worth my time." and he rolled his eyes

Pãgala: "OK THAT IS IT! FIRST YOU DESTROT OUR HARD EARNED SNAILS, BUT THEN YOU INSULT US?! I remember a certain group, especially the stinkin honey badger, did the same thing but at least they made up for it. You're not doing anything, you aren't even sorry!"

Mwanzo: " You managed to get that right. And did this group seem to have a mark on their left shoulder?

Pãgala: "Well yeah but- HEY! WE'RE GETTING OFF THE TOPIC HERE! YOUR GOING TO PAY THE PRICE FOR DESTROYING OUR SNAILS!"

Mwanzo: "Oh boy, here we go again..."

Krud'dha: "Boys, GET HIM!

The mongoose came from all direction attacking savagely, but when compared to the size of lion, they were nothing but fleas. Mwanzo put in little effort as the mongooses failed to even scratched him. He swatted some mongooses away while hitting other mongooses by coincidence. The mongoose where beaten up badly and decided to finally give up.

Pãgala: "This fight is not over fool! You simply do not just destroy our snails and get away with it!"

Mwanzo: "Keep telling yourself that" he said mockingly.

Mwanzo finally reached the end of the marsh

Mwanzo: "Man, those guys are even more annoying and bothersome then the red pandas. But, thanks to those guys, I already know I am still on the right path."

Mwanzo then sees the next Moja kwa Moja stone

Mwanzo: "But lets just to make sure..."

Right on cue the faint scar flashes and the Moja kwa Moja Stone does its animation and shows the Tree of Life.

Mwanzo: "Yeah, I knew it. Now I can't wait to get out of this place. It gross, wet, and full of annoying animals."

Mwanzo the heads on and within an hour or two he soon reaches an shoreline connected hill of the peninsula. (Reader's note: The Island Kion's roar accidental made faded over time and went back to it's previous state.)

Mwanzo: "And here I thought the marsh was the worst. Just what I need, a whole ocean of water. At least there won't any annoyi-"

???: "You! don't go there!"

Mwanzo: "Spoke to soon." he mumbled. "And why not?" said Mwanzo as he turned around to see an old civet.

Old Civet: "There are dragons living there!"
