Historias de Melkor

Marquincia is one the Forgotten Ainur. She was forgotten after created by Ilûvatar but she wasn't finished. She didn't know she was one on the Vala until she was stranded and cast aside. She was nothing until she was compared to another Ainur named Melkor.

"Nienna wept not only for the loss of Valinor's sacred Light, but also for the Enemy who had firm plans to conquer all of Arda with a cruel domination, marring all things beautiful." Her love, like an immortal flame, would never falter.

This tale was the winner of the "Runes of Daeron" Contest, made by the Conselho Branco - Sociedade Tolkien - a non-profit brazilian organization created to study and publicize the fantastic work of writer, professor and philologist J.R.R. Tolkien. It was published in issue 22 of the Council's newsletter, "O Palantir", in 2012. As a big fan, it's an honor for me. The tale accompanies the conversations of a Balrog with the elf Fëanor. In the mythology created by Tolkien in The Silmarillion, Fëanor rebelled against the gods, and after his death his cursed spirit retreated into the halls of Mandos and never returned to his relatives. The Balrog (also known as Valarauko) decides to tell his story, from the origin of the world, to the elf, because he thinks it will make a difference in his life.

To spy, acquire information and to impress his master, Mairon decides to pass the road of Helcaraxë all by himself... Melkor soon realizes, that he shouldn't have let his beloved leave, but has another way to look after him... Inspired by the song "Flamme Im Wind" by Lacrimosa.

The four towers guarding over the inner ring of the massive stronghold were the first thing travelers would see when riding up to the Grey city of Valier. It is held by an immortal race of men. These men, despite them not being bound to the fate of mortality, were not remotely similar to elves in their appearance. They were created by Manwë, Ulmo and Melkor on accident when their enourmous energies crashed, fused and birthed from bare rock, water, fire and air a living, breathing creature. Their appearance and temper was a reminder of their creation. Isolated from the folks of middleearth they lived a life amongst their own, hailing their creators and the Iluvatár as their highest gods. They were the only folk that still spoke the name of the forsaken Valar with worship in their hearts. I do not claim any ownership of the Lord of the Rings franchise. I simply use characters and setting for the purpose of entertainment. Please support the original work by watching the movies and reading the books. As many times as you can. Thank you.

modern silmarillion au || enter tirion. a gleaming city of perfect houses, the living dream. maedhros, the son of a wealthy jeweller, is in university and the worst that could happen is him failing classic literature. for him, his world is home and nearby, nowhere like the stories that seem so far away about melkor and his growing empire. but no place is perfect, not even home.

Eru (Iluvatar) wasn't the only all mighty one in the dimension of Arda. Also I don't own Tolkien, so don't attack me please.

Oneshots referring to J.R.R. Tolkien's Silmarillion and time around that (Like different wars, the first age or the time before). Some gay ships, but nothing too 'hard'. There are 'famous' (canon) characters like Glorfindel or Sauron, but also OCs. There's no really plot in there, just the things that get into my mind. This is an Angbang/Silmarillion fanfic written by me and the incredible @SweetieDoggie. In which an irritable Melkor, a disaster-prone Mairon and an unfortunate Maedhros all end up in the same fortress, so naturally chaos ensues.
