John Doe: Inter-dimensional Soldier

"I'm John Doe of dimensional patrol. You've violated inter-dimensional law. Your punishment is death."

A recent outbreak of dimension-manipulating powers has caused havoc in the world. In dimension number 0, an organization of humanoid beings have watched over the dimensions, ensuring that no dimensional laws were broken. They have been sending some of their men to stop anyone using powers for evil, but none could stop them. So the General of this organization creates a super soldier named John Doe, to be an unstoppable warrior and take out anyone who violates dimensional law.
